Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Saturday September 1, 2018, in his 85th year.
Dearly beloved husband of Elinor for over 60 years.
Loving father of Heather Menechian (Noubar), and Ian.
Cherished grandfather of Steven, Mark, Melissa (Brett), Daniel, and great grandfather of Brock.
Predeceased by his brothers David and Norman.
Survived by sister in-laws Jean and Ruth Anne.Dedicated Shriner and Volunteer in many organizations.
He enjoyed singing in the choir at St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church.
Loved to travel and made many memories and friends along the way.
Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME
847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Wednesday, September 5th, 2018 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. and on Thursday, September 6th, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m.
Interment to follow at Mount Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Reception to follow at Oshawa Shrine Club, 1626 Simcoe St. N.
