SMITH, Charles Watt Cowie 'Sam' - Passed peacefully on Friday August 31st, 2018 at the age of 80 at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville.
Beloved husband of the late Wilma Smith (nee: Sharp).
Loving and caring father to Ian Smith (Christina) and Jeanette Ford (Bradley).
Cherished poppa to Samantha, Maria, Benjamin, Grace and Charlotte.
Sam will be forever missed by Alysha, Jean (Howard) and Margaret (the late Ronnie). He will be greatly missed by his 4-legged companion Nicky and his dog park gang.
Proud member of St. Luke’s Presbyterian Church he will be fondly remembered by his long time friends from church.
A memorial will be held.
