MARTIN, James William - Passed away peacefully on Monday, September 10, 2018 at Reachview Village, Uxbridge in his 85th year.
Devoted husband to Velma (Boyd) for 55 years.
Loving father to Lori Lee (Ron) of Lindsay, Jamie (Karen) of Uxbridge and Jeff (Suzanne) of Stittsville.
Proud grandfather of 10 grandchildren; Richard, Andrew (Jessica), Michael (Miranda), Cheryl (Dale), Roseanne (Bobby), Caitlyn (Nate), Derek, Shaun, Kyle and Chantelle.
Jim was the dear brother to the late Alfred (Audrey) and is survived by his brothers Harry (Colleen) and Robert both of Sault Ste Marie.
Friends may visit at the Low and Low Funeral Home, Uxbridge, on Friday, September 14, 2018 from 2p.m. to 4p.m. and 7p.m. and 9p.m.
A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 1p.m. with visitation for one hour prior. Immediately following the service, Jim will be laid to rest at the Uxbridge Cemetery.
A reception will follow the interment. In Jim’s memory, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society or a charity of your choice.
