MORISON, Lynda Cecilia – Passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 9th, 2019, at the age of 98, with her family by her side.
Beloved wife of the late Stirling Morison.Loving mother of Carol Nargang(Randy), Charles (Anne) and Paul (Cathy).
Dear grandmother of Sara McCullough (Barden), Megan Helgason(Nial), JordanNargang (Lise), Chance Morison (Amy) and Matthew Morison. Great grandmother of Alyssa, Kegan, Jovi & Leif.
Lynda leaves behind her loving companion Ron Hurst.
Survived by her siblings Michael Fairhart and Charlotte Michael (Joseph).
Predeceased by sister Rose Spraggs(John), brother George Fairhart (Vicki) and sister in law Marion.
Lynda lived a long and wonderful life enjoying her family as well as her many pastimes and hobbies of skiing, tennis, golf, swimming, bridge and travel. She generously volunteered her talents with many community organizations including wolf cubs, St. Joseph’s P.T.A., Lakeridge Health and was President of the Oshawa Ski Club.
Lynda was a devout member of St. Gregory the Great Parish her entire life.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Gregory the Great Parish on Wednesday February 13th, at 10:30am. A private family interment service will be held at Resurrection Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre would be appreciated by the family.
