BLAKE-CHAULK, Annie - September 30, 1944 - March 30, 2019
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March, 30th 2019, in her 75th year.
Predeceased by her loving husband Gerald (2005).
Cherished mother of Caroline (Anthony), Valda (Lee) and step mother of Olive (Randy). Adored Grandmother of her Boy Travis (Meredith), Tamara (Kody), Emma, Jada and Laura.
She is survived by her siblings John (Bernice), Mary (Andrew), and Jim (Vadnie).
She was a loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Annie will be sadly missed by many extended family and friends from here and in Newfoundland.
