SEYMOUR, Wanda Guelda (nee Douglas) - After a lengthy and difficult battle with cancer on Thursday April 25, 2019 with family at her side, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 87.
Wanda, beloved spouse for 30 years of Frank Bidon.
Much loved mother of Sherry (Fred) Delaney of Dorchester and Janice Lake (Rolf Stachowski).
Proud Nannie of Brandon (Krystal), and great grandma of Theo.
Dear sister of Ramona Foster, Marg (Ed) Coker and the late Garth Douglas.
Loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Dear stepmother of Dennis & Kim, Bruce & Kelly and Glen & Joanne.
Wanda was ‘a very special classy lady’ and will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her loving family, many dear friends and all her colleagues from Bell Canada where she retired from after many years of working.
A Come and Go - Celebration of Life - will be held on Saturday May 18th from 1-4pm at The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 43, 471 Simcoe Street South, Oshawa.
Memorial donations to the RS McLaughlin Cancer Centre at Lakeridge Health Oshawa Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
