GRAHAM, Patricia Kay - Passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Thursday, June 6th, 2019 at the age of 78.
Beloved wife of Edgar for 44 years.
Loving mother of Sherri (Terry), Angela (Stefan) and the late Patti, and step mother of Harold (Terry), Paul (Gail), Darlene, David and the late John.
Cherished Nana of Regan, Dashiell, Derek and Tylor, and step-grandmother of Neil, Garth, Carla, Ian, Chrissie and Sean. Pat will be greatly missed by all of her extended family and friends.
Celebration of Life will be held at the Morris Funeral Chapel, Bowmanville, on Wednesday, June 12th, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
