SZILAGYI, Joyce Szilagyi - NOVEMBER 20, 1934 – AUGUST 24, 2022
Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa with family by her side on Wednesday, August 24th, 2022 at 87 years of age.
Beloved wife of Michael for 59 years.
Loving mother of Wade and his fiancé Sheri.
Cherished Nana of Michael and Christopher.
Dear sister of Barbara and Calvin.
Predeceased by her parents Emily and Harry Carter, her sisters Lorraine, Elizabeth, Lorreta and her brother John.
Joyce will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (365-800-4833) on Thursday, September 1st from 5 – 8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, September 2nd at 1:30 p.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Whitby.
The family has requested that masks are worn for the visitation and service.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Lakeridge Health Foundation-Palliative Care would be appreciated.
