1938 - 2023
Val passed away peacefully after a courageous battle, surrounded by family, on Friday, March 31st, 2023 at the age of 85. Loving husband to Sybil (61 years of marriage).
Devoted father to Karen, Kern, Roger Clarke and Jennifer Clarke.
Proud Grandpa of Kamille, Noah, Madison, Joel, Cordell, Jason and Jeremy and Great-Grandpa to Khalil, Karter, Sanaa and Baelynn. Brother-in-law to Hazel (David) Davis, Uncle to Gabrielle (Michael), Joel.
Val will be greatly missed by David Daniel, Theodore Charles, Leonie Plummer and by several nieces, nephews, extended family friends.
Val was very passionate about cars and naturopathic medicine and remedies. He loved political science especially American politics. He was always available for advice and guidance.

Visitation will be held at McEachnie Funeral Home on Thursday, April 8th from 2 – 3 p.m. with a funeral service in the Chapel at 3 p.m. Cremation.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by Val’s family.
