HARRIS, Margaret Ann Harris - (Supply teacher, Retired square dance caller in Florida, she loved playing her piano), peacefully with family by her side at Peterborough Hospital on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at age 86.
Marg, beloved wife of the late Doug (May 8, 2023) of 63 years.
Loving mother of Catherine Lynn (Stacy Lockhart) and Christopher Nelson Harris (Debbie). Proud Grandma of Kyle, Crystal, Danielle, Brandon and great grandma of Tyler, Jasmine, Jacob, Alexis and the late Jake.
Dear sister of the late Glen Nelson. Predeceased by her parents Verna and Stewart Nelson.
Aunt of Alice-Marie (Jim), Heather (Steve), Rick (Janet), Donald (Nicole) and the late David.
She will be lovingly remembered by her cat Tinker.
A special thank you to the staff at Rubidge Retirement Home for their wonderful care and activities. Cremation has taken place. As for Marg's wishes a private family service will take place.
Interment MOUNT LAWN CEMETERY .
