Forever in my heart darlin’.  Lydia was a beloved fitness instructor and personal trainer.

Running was her true passion, she started running in her 30’s and completed over 50 marathons in her lifetime.

She was also a big supporter of Terry Fox and lead the warm up for the Terry Fox Run in Bowmanville for over 20 years.

Lydia always considered herself a Northern Girl at heart.  Lydia loved the Lord from a young age and lived out her faith in a quiet way.
