Richard quietly passed away at the Lake Ridge Hospital in Oshawa on Saturday, September 9, 2023, at the age of 89.
Richard was predeceased by his loving wife Margot in 2017.
Cherished father of Walter (Karen), Birgit(Bill), Martin (predeceased 2023), and Annette (Barry).
Devoted Opa of Lynsey, Bradley, Sarah, Chantel, Jennifer, Tyler and Amy and great Opa of 10.
Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West on Monday September 18, 2023 from noon until 2 pm. followed by a private graveside service for the family.
In lieu of flowers Memorial Donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
