STRONG, Bob Strong - (Longtime Manager at the Blackstock Arena)
Peacefully, on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at his home in Janetville, at age 80.
Bob Strong, beloved husband of Edwina “Eddie” (nee Currie).
Loved father of Jeneene Brunton (Dave Richards), Julie Steele (Jamie), Jackie Bellwood (Shawn), Tina Strong, and Becky Bath (Tyler), and stepfather of Barry Treen (Tammy), late Travis Treen (Karen), Clint Treen (Chad) and Tanya Treen (Bob Magee).
He will be missed by his many grandchildren.
Dear brother of Phyllis Barr (Eric), Beth Ferguson (Jerry) and the late Ralph Strong.
The family of Bob Strong will receive friends at the Wagg Funeral Home, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry, on Thursday, October 19th from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel on Friday, October 20th at 11 a.m. with Reverend Jennifer Uhryniw officiating.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Cartwright Union Cemetery or to Devitt’s Cemetery.
