Went home to be with his Lord on February 5, 2024.
Beloved husband of Corrie for 66 years.
Loving father of Lilian (John) and Renee (Stan).
Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Jeff (Kimberly), Mark (Paige), Rachel (Derek), Steph (Curt), Matt (Jess) and by his great grandchildren Bryce, Harper, Weston, Brynlee, Isla, Tess, Conrad, Brooklyn and Ozzy.
Predeceased by his sister Rennie, brother Rin and sister-in-law Ida.
Survived by his brothers Wim (Margareth), Gerard (Hannie) and Ab (Fenny) in the Netherlands.
Marten will be missed by his many family and friends in Canada and the Netherlands.
Visitation will be held at COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1587 Highway #2, Courtice 905-432-8484 on February15th, at 10:00 a.m. until time of Service in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m.
