STARE, Mary Margaret - With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Stare (nee Ryan) on March 3, 2024 in her 85th year.
Mary passed peacefully surrounded by her family.
She was a loving wife to her husband of 63 years, Felix and a devoted mother to her children Annette (Ron), John and Paul (Mary).
She was also an amazing grandmother to her grandchildren, Robert (Sarah), Hilary (Danish) and Veronica.
The family would like to thank the healthcare staff in the critical care unit at Lakeridge Health in Oshawa for their support.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Mary’s name to the Canadian Lung Association or the Canadian National Institute for the Blind.
“May your glass be ever full. May the roof over your head be always strong.
And may you be in heaven half an hour before the devil knows you’re dead".
