Taylor GwendolynTAYLOR, Gwendolyn Taylor -

MARCH 20, 1932 – APRIL 22, 2024

In the early hours of April 22, 2024, Gwen was reunited with her beloved husband and love of her life, Jack.

She will be remembered and missed greatly by her daughters, Debbie (Dave), Joan (Alan), and Lynda (John), as well as her cherished grandchildren, Mike (Amanda), Dean (Nancy), James, Matthew, Jenna, and Ella (Adam), and precious great grandchildren, Jared, Emily, Alyssa, and Jack.

Gwen and Jack were childhood sweethearts, married and raised their family on Marion St. in Oshawa, developing many wonderful lifelong friendships.

In their retirement, they built their dream home in Garden Hill where they met many treasured new friends and were active members of the community.

Gwen lost her beloved Jack in 2008, then spent several years in her lovely country home, until she made the move to her retirement home in Port Perry, where new friendships were made once again.

Her family would like to send special thanks to the wonderful nurses and staff at the Port Perry Villa, and the Oak Ridges Hospice for their compassion and exceptional care.

Visitation will take place at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME , 847 King St. W., on April 25, 2024 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00. A private family service will be held.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Oak Ridges Hospice in Port Perry, or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
