WILLIAMS, Norman  - Mr. Norman (Rick) Williams of Lindsay, Ontario passed away suddenly on July 5th, 2017.

Beloved son of the late Rita, (nee Sullivan) and Norman Franklin Williams, predeceased by his sister Susan Elizabeth Williams, survived by his nephew Jaime Hogge (Laura Brown).

Rick was born March 31, 1950 at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto.

Rick devoted his life to caring for his father and mother and to raising Jaime. He enjoyed his cats, Sailin and Figaro who were always close to him.

Rick will be deeply missed by his other “families”, Jane and Harold Elmy, Mike and Sue Wood, Laurie McDonald (Bob) and neighbours from Uxbridge, Lindsay and surrounding areas.

Also sharing in the loss “little brother” Peter Buker (P.E.I.) along with members of the local sailing community, and worldwide Hamm radio operators.

A private family interment service was held. 

A memorial celebration of life will be planned for September. Donations in Rick’s memory can be made to the Children’s Wish Foundation.
