McDONALD, Sylvia Anne - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of friends and family, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Monday, November 20th, 2017 in her 76th year, after a full and complete life.
Beloved wife of the late Ken McDonald.
Predeceased by her parents Nicholas Klem and Stella Burnyk.
Best friend of Linda van Gestel. Cherished sister to Pauline Leger (Patrick) and Irene D’Amours (Marc). Loving, caring aunt of Natalie Leger and Lucas D’Amours.
Survived by her dear cousins Linda and Nancy. Dear friend to Liesje, Trisha, Maria, Angela, Krys, and longtime friend of Carmel. She will be fondly remembered by all of her extended family and friends.
Visitation will take place at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Wednesday, November 22nd from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, November 23rd at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
