MAY, John A. - (October 6, 1931 - December 1, 2017) - (Veteran of the Korean War) -
With his family by his side, at Sunnybrook Veterans Wing on Friday, December 1st, 2017 at 86 years of age.
Beloved husband of Janice for 9 years.
Predeceased by his first wife Doris E. May, whom he was married to for 52 years.
Loving father of Lezlie Hamilton (Bob), Derrick (Karen), Carey (Agnes), and the late Troy (Lori).
He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Tricia, Mike (Jess), John, Chrystal (Jason), Kyle, Sean, Samantha, Alex, Jamie and Connor and his 11 great grandchildren.
Dear brother of Tony. John will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
A special Thank You to Dr. Robert Paulovic and the staff at Sunnybrook Veterans Wing for their care and compassion.
A Memorial Service will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME , 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Sunday, December 10th, at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Alzheimer Society, Canadian Cancer Society or Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre Veteran's Wing would be appreciated.
