BRETHOUR, Elva Doreen - It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Doreen at Butternut Manor on March 21, 2018 at the age of 90.
Doreen is survived by her sons Wayne (Lynn) and Dale (Marsha), her daughters Kimberly (Larry) and Sharee (Pat), grandchildren Catharine, Leslie, Khristopher, Michael, Andrew, Rosie, Claire, and great grandchildren Audrey, Grant, Carissa and Timothy John.
Doreen is pre deceased by her father Leslie Lapp, mother Laura (Croxall) Lapp, her husband Orvan Brethour, sister Muriel Cox, and brothers Wilbert and Gordon Lapp.
Visitation will be held at the Low and Low Funeral Home, Uxbridge, on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. and 9p.m.
A funeral service will be held at the Trinity United Church, 20 First Ave, Uxbridge on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 2 p.m. with visitation 1 hour prior. Following the service there will be a reception in the church hall.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Trinity United Church, Uxbridge Cottage Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
