      Ontario Junior Hockey League, Whitby Fury Junior A Hockey Club, in conjunction with Mount Lawn Funeral Home & Cemetery, invite the community to sign a guestbook of condolence at Mount Lawn Funeral Home, 21 Garrard Road, Whitby in memory of the players and team personnel who lost their lives in Humboldt, Saskatchewan.

    The book will be available daily from  9 a.m. - 8 p.m. until Monday, April 23rd, at which time the book will be sent to the OJHL offices to be sent to the team in Saskatchewan

Hockey sticks will be donated to support minor hockey in our community.

As well, OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL and DIGNITY MEMORIAL will make a donation to support Minor Hockey for every stick collected.

Parker OlivePARKER, Olive June (nee Smith)  - Passed away peacefully on Monday, April 9, 2018 in her 100th year at Lakeridge Health, Oshawa.

Beloved wife of the late Thomas Henry Parker.

Loving mother of Robert and his wife Carol, Joyce and her late husband Doug, Norm and his wife Gwenda, Carol and her late husband George, Tom and his wife Rose and David.

Sadly missed by 12 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

Predeceased by her siblings.

Friends may call at the MOUNT LAWN FUNERAL HOME & CEMETERY, 21 Garrard Rd., Whitby, 289-278-3784, on Saturday, April 14th from 1 - 2 p.m. Memorial Service in the chapel at 2 p.m.

As an expression of sympathy donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
