CHARTRAND, Chantel Carissa (Chantelly Lace) - It is with great sadness the Chartrand and the Lycett families announce the unexpected passing of Chantel on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at the age of 28.
She will be deeply missed by her husband Darryl and her two beautiful daughters Londyn and Hazel.
Beloved daughter of Lana and the late Norman. She will greatly missed by her sisters Justine, Shaylyn, Danielle, Tia and Harlie; her close cousins Jason, Jennifer, and Ava; and her in-laws Pat and Dennis.
Cherished granddaughter of Mary and Ron. Lovingly remembered by her extended family and friends.
Chantel loved to the travel, all types of music, cooking, atving, snowmobiling and was an animal lover. Her dream was to move to the mountains with her family and watch her daughters grow.
Chantel will be remembered by her wicked sense of humour and her kind soul. She was a proud, amazing mother and greatest joy was being a mom. We are all going to miss her.
Family and friends will be received at the Low and Low Funeral Home, Port Perry, on Monday, April 16th from 1 p.m until the time of the service in the chapel at 3 p.m.
