Passed away after a long battle with cancer on May 3 at his cottage in carrying place.
Beloved husband of Marie (Nee Gibbs).
Loving brother of Stan Lakin and pre-deceased by his sister Sheila James.
A loving father to Eleanor Eyre (Jim), June Morrison, Cathy Rhoddy (Doug) and Steve Lakin.
He will be missed by his grandchildren Tanya, Jennifer, Cynthia, Drew, Courtney, Elizabeth, Cassandra, Bailey and his Great Grandchildren Sabastian, Massimo, Emmett, Emma, Abigail, Ivy, Daniel, Aidan and Bryan.
He will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at Union Cemetery, Oshawa.
