WALKER, Karl Francis - It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Karl Walker.
He left us peacefully on May 31st surrounded by family and love.
He is survived in the hearts of his wife of 41 years Marie, daughter Jennifer/Jamie, daughter Katie/Jeff and grandchildren, Jacob, Leah and Amanda.
He is also survived by his brother Brian/Linda, sister Linda/Rob and his many nieces and nephews.
He will be greatly missed by his mother-in-law, Bernadette. Karl was pre-deceased by his father James, mother Lila and brother Ronnie.
He Served 35 years with Toronto Police Services, 54 Division, and has been enjoying retirement since 2008.
He loved spending time with family and friends at his happy place in Driftwood Beach Park, Clifford, Ontario. He also enjoyed trips to Niagara with special friends. He brightened the lives of everyone he met and will be truly missed.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 7th from 4-7pm at the McEachnie Family Centre. His family would like to thank all the Emergency staff at Ajax-Pickering Hospital for their compassionate care of both Karl Walker and his family in this difficult time.
