CASSAN, Eleanor (nee Millar, former name Herbacko) - retired employee of General Motors
At Pleasant Meadow Mano Norwood, Eleanor slipped away to a better place where she can relax and spread her wings on Monday July 9th, 2018 at the age of 87 years.
Beloved wife of the late Don Cassan and predeceased by previous husband Alex Herbacko.
Eleanor entered this world on January 7th, 1931 in Oshawa, Ontario.
She was the fourth sibling of the seven children of the late James and Winifred Millar.
Dear mother of Serena (the late Ken) Hamer, Marlene (Ken) Elder, James (Kate) Herbacko, Tim Herbacko, Mike (Julie) Herbacko and Mark (Marilyn Herbacko. Eleanor was grandma to 16 grandchildren and their spouses and great-grandma to 14 great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by her brothers James and John. Survived by her sisters Jean, Barb, Marg and her brother Bob. She will be fondly missed by family and friends.
