KOSMENKO, Jim - Age 55, passed away suddenly on July 26th, 2018 at his home in Pickering, Ontario.
Jim is survived by his parents Orest and Janet Kosmenko, his wife Teresa, his children Matt and Greg, his step children Steven and Ashley, his twin brother Jeff and wife Joan, his older brother Rob and many nieces and nephews.
Jim enjoyed golfing, fishing, playing poker with his buddies and spending time with his dog. He was a proud owner of a Harley Davidson motorcycle.
Family and friends are invited to the McEachnie Funeral Home, Ajax, from 4 - 8pm Sunday, July 29th. Service to be held Monday, July 30th at 11am.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to Cardiac Kids in memory of Jim.
