It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of David Stephen Faul.

David died peacefully at home on December 9, 2012 with his loving wife Diane (Park) by his side.

David was a cherished husband and a devoted brother, son, uncle, great-uncle and friend.

He will be sorely missed by the Faul and Park families and his many friends from work, book clubs and ham radio VE3 TIJ.

Visitation will be held at the McEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME (28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax 905-428-8488), on Wednesday, December 12th from 7-9 p.m.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 13th at 1 p.m. in the chapel.

Passed away on Saturday December 8, 2012 at his home in the presence of loved ones.

Preceding him were his wife Carol, his parents Jean and Joyce Guerin as well as his brother Michael.

Peter loved his family.  He will be remembered as a devoted father to his daughters, Carolyn Sutch (Derek & Victoria), Kristina Faichney (Tom, Grace, Sarah, Jocelyn and Rachel), Kathryn Guerin (John & Nathaniel) and Kimberley Guerin (Steve Soltesz) and to sons David Ritchie (Michelle, Samatha, Kyra, and Joshua), Michael Ritchie (Cathy, Myles, Benjamin, Sean and James) and Paul Ritchie (Danielle); as the caring older brother to Diane Clarke and Eric Guerin.

Remembered graciously by these significant women;  Lynne Cooke, Carol Zebrauskas and Heather DaCosta.

He had a highly successful career with Honeywell, with over 30 years before his retirement in 2000.

For leisure he greatly enjoyed trail rides on his ATV, cooking, travelling and computers.

Wyn was and will always be remembered as a salt of the earth person who loved her life, her family and her friends.

With sadness and yet gratitude for her long and fruitful life we announce the death of our beloved Ida.

Her strength of spirit and incredible sense of humour literally powered her through nearly 91 years of loving and being loved despite many serious medical conditions.

Predeceased by her husband Al, son Ron, sisters, Vi, Ivy and Lil, and brother Les. She leaves behind her children, Angele (Bob), Cathy, Rick (Monika), sister Barb (John) and Les’ wife Mary, her grandsons Brock and Brody and 3 great grandchildren plus all the many nieces and nephews and extended families and of the Fayes and Blackers. Ida will be also missed by her many friends and special mention should be made of the great new friends she made in the last few years at Chartwell•Select in Pickering.

The family would also like to thank the awesome team of doctors, nurses and support staff at Ajax Pickering hospital for making the last week of this great life as comfortable as possible.

We’ll never forget your kindness and professionalism.

The world will laugh less now that she is gone.

Born in London, England, Philip passed away at Scarborough General Hospital on Thursday, December 6, 2012, at the age of 94.

Loving husband of Marie for over 70 years and proud father of the late Roger Mattison. Grampa to Lisa and Jeff, great-grampa to Chris, Jessica, Nick and Hailey.

Immigrated to Canada in 1951 after seven years of service with the British Military.

Philip was well respected in the Machinery Industry and treasured his 35-year career with Storey Machinery as well as the many friendships that he enjoyed during that time. Philip was also a proud member of the Royal Fusiliers in England.

Visitation to take place at The McEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Old Kingston Rd., Ajax, 905-428-8488, on Sunday, December 9th from 2-4 p.m.

Funeral Service to take place in the funeral home chapel on Monday, December 10th at 1:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.

Loved grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Audrey Lee.

Joy was predeceased by her parents Russell and Mabel Hood, her brother Glen, her sister Jean Laing and her granddaughter Ashleigh Howsam.

A private family service will be held on Friday, December 7th.

Much loved father to Brent (Diane) and David (Joanne) and step-father to Ronald (Ute), Scott (Maggy) and Craig (Maura). Will be sadly missed by his 13 grandchildren; Michael, Kylie, Hannah, Josh, Lauren, Breanna, Ciara, Sarah, Melanie, Natalie, Olivia, Robert and Matthew.

Survived by his brother David Nelson of London, Ontario.

Chuck was a long time teacher at George Brown College and an enthusiastic Banjo player.

As requested by Chuck, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
