It is with the greatest of heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather, Stanley Szibbo, on Thursday, October 5, 2017.

He is survived by his wife Veronica, sons Alexander (wife Cathie) and Leslie (wife Laurie), daughter Annie, and granddaughters Nicola and Dyana.

Survived by loving children Joanna, Matt and their mother Mira, Wojtek and his mother Sabina. Survived by mother Czeslawa, predeceased by father Stanislaw and brother Roman.

Cherished grandfather to Paulina. Jan will be dearly missed by extended family and friends.

Survived by her husband Leslie, brother in-law Cyril, nieces Brigitti and Nicole (Engle), Paula and Mandy (Tarrant), Eileen Wheeler and Diane and Rosalind (Tarrant). Fondly remembered by her great nieces and nephews.

Wesenger GraceWESENGER, E. Grace (Robinson)  - It is with sadness we announce the passing on Sunday October 1, 2017 of Grace Wesenger.

Grace was born May 28, 1933 in Oldcastle (Windsor). Still residing there are her brother Harold (whose wife Monica, one of Grace’s dearest friends, passed in June), and brother Albert (Phyllis).

Grace was predeceased by brothers Bill (Barb), Benny and Allan. Also in Windsor are many much loved nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Grace will be lovingly remembered by special and supportive friends, Carol and Barry Burne, Maureen Morgan, Joan Mathers and Pat Parrott. She will also be fondly remembered by her many Toronto and Milton friends and colleagues. Grace will live on in the heart and memory of her beloved Godson, Matthew Parrott, with whom she shared a very special bond.

Grace taught for over 40 years in Toronto, London and Milton. She was one of the first itinerant teachers who offered support to integrated deaf students in schools across the province.

SALZMAN, Mary Althea (nee Norman) - Peacefully while surrounded by her family, Mary passed into the loving arms of Jesus on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at the Georgetown Hospital. She was 81 years young.

Loving and devoted wife of Kenneth Salzman for 59 years. Cherished mother of Kendra Cameron (John), Steven Salzman and Marilee Godin (Scott).

Beloved grandmother of Jared Godin, Benjamin Godin (Rachel), John Cameron (Melanie), Aaron Cameron (Rebecca) and Tyler Cameron. Proud great-grandmother of Everlee.

Dear sister of Richard Norman (Joy) and Violet Stroh (Albert). Daughter of the late Charles and Harriet (nee Erb) Norman.

 

Rosiello VittorioROSIELLO, Vittorio - Died peacefully in his sleep at home on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at the age of 75.

He is survived by his dear wife Roberta, the love of his life. The romance began in Naples in 1966 and endured for 49 years of marriage.

He will also be sadly missed by his daughter Laura and sons Nicholas and Anthony (wife Dana) and his grandchildren, who all love their Nonno very much; James, Victoria, Isabelle, Luca, Domenic and Robert.  He taught them many things but mostly to keep our family together.

Lois Forde was predeceased by her beloved husband Raymond in December 2014 and we know she is joyful to be reunited with him.

Lois was a devoted and caring mother to Patti Forde and Carolyn Forde (Sean Sinclair-Day).

We will all miss her beautiful, cheerful and witty spirit, her sense of fun and mischief and her loving heart so much.

Chuck was a very giving person and in the spirit of service joined the Peel Regional Police where he proudly served his community for 37 years.

Douglas was an employee with Toronto Dominion Bank for 25 years and rose to the rank of Senior Executive before enjoying many years of retirement.

Loving father of Randy, Rene, Andre, Arianne, Chantal and Nicole.

He will be greatly missed by his friends and family in the Toronto area, and Thunder Bay.

 

Jager GeorgeJAGER, George - (1946 - 2017) - Sadly we announce the sudden passing of George Jager, age 70, at his home in Burlington, Ontario on October 1, 2017.

George was born in Germany to the late Stanley and Anna Jager. Although life was not easy for George, he always put family first. He worked hard to make sure his family had everything they needed and took pride in any work that he did.

George is survived and was greatly loved by his wife Barbara (nee Burley) and his son Michael and daughter Pamela (Mike) Martin. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Olivia and Sabreena.

Loving husband to Mary Findlay for 54 years. Dear father of Ian (Janet), George and Rosemary. Proud grandfather of Jacob, Evelyn, Andres and Sebastian.

Glen taught for 35 years at E.C. Drury School for the Deaf in Milton, ON. He will be remembered for his love of playing the piano and woodworking. He was an Elder at Knox Presbyterian Church for 40 years.
