Doberthien JuneDOBERTHIEN, June Eleanor - (January 2, 1931 – October 5, 2017) -

June passed away suddenly, at Milton District Hospital, on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at the age of 86. After a courageous battle with congestive heart failure and kidney failure she passed peacefully.

Predeceased by her husband Lorne (2009). Loving mother of Lisa Doberthien of B.C. and Leann Hamilton of Milton. She was the much loved “Nana” to Dean and Danielle.

She will be lovingly remembered by her sister Jacqueline Blow and nieces Jennifer and Catherine (Ken) and their families.

June will be fondly remembered by her extended family, friends and family of teachers and students from across Halton.

Family will receive friends at the MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill Street East, Acton, Ontario on Friday, October 13th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 14th at 10 a.m. at Knox Presbyterian Church, 44 Main Street North, Acton. Interment at Fairview Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Kidney Foundation would be
appreciated by the family.
