Passed away early in the morning on March 27, 2015 in his 81st year.

Beloved husband of Hilde Gruener (nee Eisbrenner) for 56 years.

Loving father of Gerlinde, Peter and Richard. Opa will be missed by 10 amazing grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Dodsworth & Brown Funeral Home (Ancaster Chapel), 378 Wilson Street East, Ancaster on Sunday, March 29th from 6:30-9 p.m.

A celebration of Manfred’s life will take place at Mission Baptist Church, 100 North Oval in Westdale on Monday, March 30th at 1pm. Interment to follow in Hamilton.

Donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Juravinski Cancer Clinic would be appreciated.

Albert was a devoted Toronto Maple Leafs fan and lover of Niagara Casino.

Special thanks to our Macassa Lodge family and caregivers who made his last six months very happy.

Visitation will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton on Monday, March 30th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.

A Mass will be celebrated at St. Eugene's Roman Catholic Church (232 Queenston Rd.) on Tuesday, March 31st at 11:30 a.m. Cremation to follow.

Janet will be missed by her nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

She was a member of St. Peter's Anglican Church for her entire life and was a proud fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Funeral Service to be held from St. Peters Anglican Church, Ohsweken on Monday, March 30th at 11 a.m.

The family would like to extend a special thankyou to the doctors and staff in the C.C.U.,I.C.U., and palliative care unit of St. Joseph’s Hospital, Hamilton.

Along with her husband Doug, Claudine enjoyed volunteering with many organizations including the cancer clinic, the Seafarers and through their churches St. Augustine's and St. Luke's Anglican.

A special thank you to the staff at Extendicare for their great care and support they provided.

A funeral service will be held in Hamilton on Tuesday, followed by cremation.

Predeceased by his loving wife Helen (Tokos). Dear father of son Gary (Linda Newnham) and daughter Beverly and her husband Ronald Worlin. Cherished grandfather ("Poppy") of Ryan (Silvia), Mark, Kyle (Claudia) and David (Sarah), and great-grandfather of Lexxie, Jonathan, and Matthew.

Dear brother-in-law of George and Grace Meszaros. He will be dearly missed by cousins Brownie and Tilda Bodo.

A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful staff at Arbour Creek for their compassion and care.

Ernest was a retired employee of Dofasco with 40 years of service.

At Ernest's request, a private family service and interment were held.

Finally reunited with the love of his life, Pip (July 2007).

Loving father of Jill and Ian (Debra). Proud Pa of Lily. Predeceased by his brother Tony (2014) and survived by sisters Betty, Kitty, Alice and Pat.

Dad was a remarkable man. His quirky sense of humour and zest for life will be remembered by all who knew him, especially those who shared Scotch and chocolate with him.

Dad's professional accomplishments were many. He was VP of Ennis - Paikin Steel for many years. Dad was a past president of the Hamilton Halton Construction Association and was inducted into the HHCA Hall of Fame in 2005. He was also a past president of the Reinforcing Steel Institutes of Ontario and Canada, and a director of the Canadian Construction Association.

He was heavily involved in shaping Ancaster's political and community landscape for several decades and a founding member of the Ancaster Figure Skating Club.  Dad was a dedicated and valued parishioner at St. John's Anglican Church in Ancaster.

A celebration of John's life will be held at St. John's Anglican Church, 272 Wilson Street East, Ancaster on Tuesday, March 31st at 11:00 a.m.

If so desired, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Scleroderma Society of Ontario.

He leaves behind his best friend and wife of 30 years, Gail Moore, along with his two children, Brittany and Tyler, and his little buddy Addison.

Loving baba to Mirella (Michael) Coppock, Goran (Sarah) Beric, Milibor and Milenko Milinovic. She will be remembered by her great- grandchildren Aidan, Riley, Ethan, Maya, Roman and Lucas.

Dear sister- in-law of Vida Milinovich. Loving aunt of Mitze (Kreso) Majer, Nick (Lynn) Milinovich and their families.

Milka leaves behind family in Serbia.

Born in Blaydon-on-Tyne, Northumberland, UK died at the age of 84 after a lengthy struggle with Alzheimer's disease, on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at St. Joseph's Villa, Hamilton.

She is mourned by her second husband of 28 years, Sheldon H. Clark, his daughter Amber McPhail; her four children, Christine Richardson (David); David Clark (Carol); Kathryn Clark; John Clark (Susan); 6 grandchildren (Ashley, Erin, Shawna, Cory, Julia, and Amanda); and great-granddaughter (Isabel).

Joan's life was one of service to others through horseback riding. She founded Tynedale Farm and Tynedale Pony Club in King, Ontario. Her equestrian students and Prince Philip Games teams won many championships in local horse shows at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair (Toronto), and internationally. She coached several international Prince Philip Games teams, taking riders to the UK, Australia, and the U.S.A. One of her teams even competed in an exhibition match at the Royal Windsor Horse Show.

Joan left a legacy of the love of horses to her children, grandchildren and students who revere her memory.

A Celebration of Life Service will take place at St. Paul's Anglican Church, 233 Lock St. W., Dunnville on Saturday, April 11th at 2:00 p.m.

Hogan_Paul(1940 - 2015) - Paul Hogan died suddenly at St. Joseph's Hospital in Hamilton on Wednesday, March 25, 2015.

Paul was predeceased by his beloved wife, Mary, his dear brothers, James and Christopher, and his brother-in-law and close friend Michael Travale.

He will be deeply missed by his children, Douglas (Fleur) and Alicia, and his two adoring granddaughters, Dylan and Caitlin; by his sweet sister, Peachy Burns (Charles); his wife's sister Diane Travale and her cousin Sonja Spelman; his sister-in-law Denise Hogan, and his many nieces and nephews.

Paul's absence on the golf course, hockey rink, baseball diamond, at the card table, in the pool, and on the beach around the fire will be mourned by many. He was a friend and mentor to too many people to list and his work with students at the Metropolitan Separate School Board over three decades as a teacher and guidance counsellor still resonates in the lives of many of those people today.

With heartfelt thanks to Dr. Smith for his kindness over the past weeks and the remarkable nursing staff at St. Joseph's, the hospital at which Aunt Peachy completed her own nursing training 55 years ago. Their unwavering compassion and attention in caring for Paul through his time in ICU, CCU and on the Nephrology ward was so very deeply appreciated by his family. Thank you, too, to the CCAC staff of Haldimand County for their continued assistance over the past years.

Visitation will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), Burlington, 905-632-3333 on Sunday from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.

A funeral mass will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2016 Blairholm Avenue in Burlington, on Monday, March 30th at 10:30AM. The service will be followed by a reception in the church hall. Paul's ashes will be interred at a date to be announced later in the Spring and will include a true celebration of Paul's life.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Paul’s memory can be made to the St. Joseph’s Healthcare Foundation (stjoesfoundation.ca).
