Beloved wife of the late Michael Tkahuk. Dear mother of Sylvia Brown (Gary) and Heidi Davidson (Scott). Cherished Oma of Matt Brown (Charity), Josh Brown (Kathleen), Michael Davidson (Sabrina), Kristen Davidson (Christopher) and great Oma to Benjamin, Lyric and Lennon Brown.

She will be sadly missed by her sister Erica (Heinz) and their family.

Mattatall EdwardMATTATALL, Edward Francis - May 28, 1930 – April 2, 2018

Peacefully after a brief illness, Edward passed away in his 88th year at St. Joseph’s Hospital.

Survived by his beloved wife of 68 years, Florence and his children Miles (Wendy) and Sherry (Paul) Giavedoni. Devoted Poppa to his grandchildren Chris (Lenka), Ryan (Natalie), Beau (Haley), Dylan and Jenny, as well as his adored 10 great-grandchildren.

He will be missed by his sister Pat Barnes, as well as many nieces and nephews.

STANTON, Derek - Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Monday, April 2, 2018 in his 77th year.

Beloved father of John and David. Caring brother of Joyce. Friend and ex-husband of Christine Crossley. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in England.

Derek emigrated from England to Canada in 1974. He worked for many years at Masseys.

GREAVES, Christina (nee Gray) -  Passed away peacefully at The Village of Wentworth Heights on April 2, 2018 at the age of 87 years.

Survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Dr. Kevin Greaves. Predeceased by her son Peter and daughter-in-law Cindy. Lovingly remembered by her son Brian, daughter Maureen (Paul), grandchildren Michelle (Kyle), Samantha (Matthew), Crystal, Melody, and Liam, and great-grandchildren Maddison, Avery and Emma.

BURNS, John Raymond - At home, surrounded by family, Resurrection Monday, April 2nd, 2018, John Raymond Burns (95) was welcomed into the arms of his Saviour. 

John was born to George and Susan Burns (nee Mahoney) at Upper LaHave, Nova Scotia December 11th, 1922 and later moved to Hamilton, Ontario where he met his cherished wife of 64 years, the late Margaret Burns (nee Dawdy). 

McDONALD, Barbara Diane ( Nee Hamilton - Wreaks) - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Barbara Diane on April 1st, 2018. Easter Sunday in her 70th year at St. Peters Hospital surrounded and comforted by her family.

MONK, Walter - Passed away at Emmanuel House on Sunday April 1, 2018 after a short, but hard battle with cancer.

Chris was an employee  of Oss-iM View Software, Consulting and Service. 

BRDAR, Rade - Passed away suddenly, at his home, with his parents by his side on Friday, March 30, 2018 at the age of 27.

Beloved son of Nikola and Jelena Brdar. Cherished by his sister Nikolina and his love Daniela Bozickovic.

COVIELLO, Dora (nee Grieco) -  Peacefully at Willowgrove Nursing Home on Friday March 30, 2018 at the age of 91.

Beloved wife of the late Giovanni.

Loving mother of Saverio (Jeannie), Rita (and the late Enzo) Cipriani, and Angelo (Janice). Adoring nonna of John, the late Luisa, Angela, Jason, Cory, Gino, Tony, Maria, and many great-grandchildren.

MORES, John Peter - If you’d asked John Peter Mores where he’d like to die if given a choice, he might have said “while napping on the couch in front of the TV”.  That’s exactly how it happened, tragically years earlier than anyone would have expected. 

John slipped away on Friday, March 30, 2018, at the age of 62.  He had recently been treated in hospital for a bout of pneumonia, but was healing well at home.

Wilder AndrewWILDER, Andrew Harvey - Passed away on March 30, 2018 at the age of 94.

Andrew will be sadly missed by his daughter Heather (Jean-Marc), son Dwight, stepchildren, Marjorie, Jacqueline (Nil), Myrna (Paul), Miles, sister Bessie, brother Alex, many grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren, along with many family and friends.Andrew is predeceased by his wife of 48 yrs, Suzanne (Ross) Wilder (1920-2008).

Andrew was born in Alert Ontario and was in grade four when he entered the work force. Andrew developed a very strong work ethic and incredible strength during his working years, he stacked 75lbs hay bales, worked a numerous construction jobs, worked as a millwright at Harvester International and as a construction foreman for many years.
