Margaret was born in Hamilton, Ontario on July 8th, 1927. She moved to the United States after her marriage and was a tireless worker in the churches pastored by her husband Malcolm in Pennsylvania and Delaware. She returned to Canada after his death in 1974 and cared for her father Thomas until his death in 1986.

ROTH, Dr. Paula, M.D., B.Sc., M.Sc., FRCSC - (October 16, 1949 - October 10, 2017) - Born October 16, 1949 in Billings, Montana, Paula Roth enjoyed adventures that lead her around the world.
Education was her rail pass taking her through high school in Helena Montana and on to her first secondary education stop at Antioch College in Dayton Ohio at the age of 17. That experience in pre-med fueled her passion for science. This led her to London, England where she earned a Master's Degree in Micro Biology.
Paula then spent significant time in Trinidad and Tobago helping locals in a medical clinic. From Trinidad and Tobago, Paula came to the cities in which she would live the rest of her life, Toronto and Hamilton. There she began medical school and eventually chose her specialty, Obstetrics and Gynecology at McMaster University.
