To us, when we were kids.
How did you do it all, Mom,
Be our strength, cook and friend,
Yet find time to be a playmate,
We just can’t comprehend.
We see now it was love, Mom
That made you come whenever we'd call,
Your inexhaustible love, Mom
And we love you for it all.
