DiCenso_AdelinaSuddenly and unexpectedly at home on Sunday March 23, 2014 at the age of 92.

Reunited with her beloved husband of 53years Pasquale (1994), and beloved son Larry (2013).

Predeceased by her brothers Pasqualino, Vincenzo (the late Elaine) and Joseph.

Loving mamma to Neli Angelici (Fabrizio), Patti Chambers (Bob) and loving mother in law to Lucille DiCenso. Adored and cherished nonna to Marisa DiCenso(Jerry), Lucas Angelici (Katie), Leonard Angelici (Ashley), David Chambers, Kevin Chambers and her great granddaughter and namesake Adelina.

Adelina will forever live on in the hearts of her sister in law Laura Colangelo (Niagara Falls, N.Y.), nieces and nephews in the U.S.A. and Italy, and by extended family, friends, neighbours in Canada, U.S.A and Introdacqua Italy.

Proud member of St Lukes Church, and St Anthony of Padua Church where she was a long time member of the C.W.L.

Family and friends are welcome to visitation at the MARKEY DERMODY FUNERAL HOME 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Thursday from 2-5 and 6-9pm. Vigil prayers, lead by Father Dan Hinsperger on Thursday at 4:30pm.

Funeral Mass will be Celebrated by Father Janusz Roginski at St Anthony of Padua Church on Friday March 28, 2014 at 10am. Entombment to follow.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.

After fighting a courageous battle, Joanne passed away peacefully, with her family by her side, at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice, on March 23, 2014, at the age of 74.

Predeceased by her loving husband Giovanni. Cherished mother of six children; the late Tony, Joe (Sandra), Rose (Robert) Clark, Sandra, Rita, Lisa (Tom) Vallesi.

Loving nonna to Michael (Joanna), Gina (Richard), Mathew, Daniel, Antonia, Joanna, Julia, John, Anthony, Caitlin, Bianca and Thomas. Forever remembered by her great-grandchildren Brooke, Jack, Harper and Michael.

Lovingly missed by her sisters and brothers; Mary (the late Sandy), Louise (Bruno), Yolanda (Emidio), Danny (Sue), Sam (Tracey), George (Jenny), Mike.

She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends and the many people that remember the original "Joanne's Pizzeria".

Special thanks to Venus, the staff of Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice, Bayshore and the St. Joseph's Home Health, especially Nurse Bridget, Dr. Khan, and the nurses at St. Joseph's Outpatient, for all their care and compassion.

Passed away peacefully on March 23, 2014 at Hamilton General Hospital in her 94th year.

Predeceased by her husband Peter, and her son Christopher. She will be missed by her daughter Cathy and her husband Ian, her grandchildren Jennifer and Andrew, and her many family members and friends in Canada and overseas.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Molly's Life will be held on Saturday, March 29th from 1-4 p.m. at the MARLATT FUNERAL HOME FAMILY CENTRE, 195 King Street West, Dundas.

A donation to the Canadian Cancer Society in her memory would be appreciated by the family.

After a courageous battle with cancer, Giuseppe Mattina, in his 84th year, on Sunday, March 23, 2014 passed away in the arms of his loving wife of 50 years, Carmela (Destro).

Adoring father to Pierina (Phil), Linda (Sam), Anthony (Nenzi) and Florence (Domenic). The greatest joy of his life was being a Nonno to his grandchildren; Alexander, Emma, Michael, Joseph, Aiden, Sofia and Anthony.

Survived by his siblings Sam (Teresa), Maria (the late Carmelo), Nenna (the late Giuseppe) and Carmelina (Vincenzo). Brother-in-law to the late Maria (the late Vincenzo), the late Gaspare (Gina), the late Carmelo (Giuseppina), Alfonso (the late Marianna), Marianna (the late Paolo), Giovanni and Maria, Sam and Carol, Charlie and Stella.

Will be missed by many family and friends in both Canada and Italy.

Giuseppe loved to travel to Mexico, make his wine and tend to his garden.

Sincere gratitude to staff at the Juravinski Hospital ward 3C for their care and compassion. And a special thanks to his PSW Berta and RN Dorothy.

July 18, 1930 – March 23, 2014

Passed away peacefully at Juravinski Hospital March 23rd in his 83rd year. 

He was predeceased by his parents Fred and Dorothy Price and sister Valerie and will be missed by his three children Shaun, Bob and Stephen and granddaughter Abbygail. 

Born in Portsmouth England, Gordon served his tool and die apprenticeship in Bristol before emigrating to Canada in 1963 where he settled with his family in Burlington. 

He enjoyed building model airplanes and listening to music.  

Cremation has taken place and a private service will be held.

Brother of Keimpe and the late Willem both of the Netherlands, Emma Stoepker (late Clarence) of St. Thomas and Gerdy and Clarence Boer of Simcoe.

Karl was a large truck mechanic at Nottingham's in Hagersville for many years.

A Public Funeral Service for Karl will be held at Ebenezer Christian Reformed Church, Jarvis on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Knox Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
