SODHI, Sushil Kumar Sodhi - Obituary | Print |

SODHI, Sushil Kumar -

Sodhi_SushilLoving, caring, empathetic, helpful, thoughtful, strong, humble, a good sense of humor, and most of all sneaky. All these words describe a wonderful man we know and are proud to call our Opa. Opa means ‘grandfather’, but Opa was much more than that.

He was a loving husband, caring father and father-in-law, a great son, an amazing uncle, a fantastic brother, and a wonderful grandfather. Throughout the many and wonderful years we spent with him, we have learned how to treat others with respect, help each other up when we fall down and how to cheat well in card games.

We will never forget the times we’ve had through both good and bad. With his struggles, it has made our family grow stronger and with our strength, it helped him get back up. Even though he is no longer with us, his guiding words and inspirational actions will always stay with us. Even though he is not here with us physically, he will always be in our hearts and minds. Our Opa was more that just a grandfather he was our best friend.
We will always love you Opa.

A graveside service will be held in Scarborough on Sunday, April 21st. A reception will follow. Cremation.
