MOORE, Reginald Fee Moore - Obituary | Print |

MOORE, Reginald Fee -

Moore_ReginaldOUR HERO DIED TODAY

W.W.II VETERAN  O.P.P. INSPECTOR (retired)

APRIL 23, 1924 - JUNE 16, 2015

FREE OF PAIN AT LAST DAD!

With daughter Donna and best friend and son-in-law Harold by his side, dad slipped away into peace.

Predeceased by our precious mother Poppy, his steadfast rock, she died in 2009. We were so blessed to have him in our lives all these years and we will miss him terribly, as we still do mom, but wouldn't wish him back to suffer any longer. Their passings close a huge chapter in our lives and they will be with us every day in some way.

Left to mourn our loss are daughter and husband Harold, son David wife Ruth. He was #1 hero to his grandchildren, loved beyond words by Bobbi-Lyn, Micaela (Chris), Brandon (Jennifer), Matthew (Jayme) and Braden (Cindy).

His legacy and mom's will be shared forever with their great grandchildren Jack, Hailey, Liam, Nathen, Mylan, Ashton, Griffin, and Molly. His extended family share our grief in the loss of grandpa Reg: Ron, Jake, Kevin (Sujana) & great granddaughter Callie.

We had a blow-out 90th birthday party last May 2014 to celebrate dad's remarkable life with over 100 old neighbours, friends, family and dignitaries in attendance; remember him from that. Following his wishes, there will be no funeral or visitation.

Cremation has taken place and mom and dad's ashes will be together in the family plot in Riverside Cemetery.

Arrangements entrusted to the STODDART FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 24 Mill Street, Lindsay, Ontario K9V 2L1.
