Tim was born in 1947 in Brantford, Ontario, living in the St. Catharines area since 1967. Tim was employed at Canada Post in 1970, retiring in 2003 as Lead Hand Clerk in Thorold.

Moe is survived by his two sons Warren (Nancy) and Mitchell (Janice) and predeceased by his wife, Judy.

Moe was a life-long resident of St. Catharines, a longtime teacher and basketball coach at Lakeport High School and Scottlea Public School.

Father Vanco was ordained a priest on June 10, 1956 at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church in Toronto.
He served as Associate Pastor of Sts. Cyril and Methodius Parish, Toronto, St. Henry Parish, Melville, Saskatchewan, Sts. Peter and Paul Parish, Welland, St. Mary Parish, Regina, Saskatchewan, St. George Parish, Crystal Beach, St. Teresa Parish (St. Therese of Lisieux), Port Colborne, St. Joseph Parish, Grimsby and as Pastor of St. Elizabeth Parish, Wainfleet, St. George Parish, Crystal Beach and St. John Bosco Parish, Port Colborne.
He retired from active ministry in 1998.
