DIXON, Shirley Mae - Age 89, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed from this life September 25, 2017 in Barling, Arkansas. She was born July 16, 1928, in Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada, to the late Fraser and Hazel Beam Sider.
Shirley was an avid bowler, having won multiple awards.
She is survived by her daughter Lesley Scott and her husband Gifford of Bolton, Ontario, Canada; her son, Jeff Dixon and step-son, Donald Wayne Dixon, both of Fort Smith; a sister, Alice Ott of Port Colborne, Ontario; six grandchildren, Brittany Dixon, Hannah Dixon, Stephanie Andreoli, Jessica Hrovat, Brock Dixon and Travis Dixon, as well as five great grandchildren.
WOOLLEY, Master Corporal (Ret'd) Hugh Graham, U.E. - Age 59, passed away in Kuwait-City, Kuwait on September 25, 2017.
Hugh was born May 26, 1958 in London, Ontario. He graduated from Belle River District High School, and received his B.A. and B.Ed. from Brock University.
Hugh will be remembered as a dedicated, caring and inspiring teacher of students with special needs. Hugh enjoyed his teaching career in St Catharines, ON, Pine Falls, MB, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait.
He served with The Essex and Kent Scottish, The Lincoln and Weiland Regiment and as a peacekeeper in Egypt with the United Nations Emergency Force Middle East.

KALETA, Mary - (1928 - 2017) - Mary, while surrounded by her family, died Sunday the 24th of September, 2017 at St. Mary's Hospital in Quebec, following a brief illness.
Born Mary Esther Kinsella, 1928, Templetuohy, Co. Tipperary, Ireland. In 1973, she immigrated to Canada with her family, settling in Fort Erie, Ontario until her move to Montreal. She lived a purpose-filled life serving her family, church and each community in which she lived.
She will be missed by so many, of whom their lives she has touched. Mary was predeceased by her husband, Tadeuz (Terry), son Stefan and sisters Kim MacDermott and Anna Diamond, both of Ireland. She is survived by her children Tyna & Jean Jallet of Roxboro, Pawel & Marina Kaleta of Elmira, Teresa Chernish of Red Deer, along with her 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

EISENRING, Maria (nee DeChellis) - It is with deep sadness that the family of Maria DeChellis Eisenring announces her passing on September 23, 2017 in Burlington, Ontario. She would have been 43 years old on November 12.

BARLOW, Douglas - Passed away at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Saturday September 23, 2017 at the age of 84 years.
Douglas worked as a foreman in the carpentry shop for 35 years with the St. Lawrence Seaway.
Predeceased by his father John Henry and his mother Mary Ann (Cottrell). Survived by friends of 40 years, Murray Cohen, Marilyn Barfoot and Gwen Barfoot.
Douglas was a member of Masonic Organisations for over 40 years, including McNab Lodge No. 169. He was also a long-standing Tai Chi instructor.
