Predeceased by his beloved wife Mary. Dearly missed by his children Jerry Bourassa and his wife Marilyn of Ridgeway, Christine and her husband Robert Caron of Port Colborne, Robert Bourassa and his wife Sue of Port Colborne and André Bourassa and his wife Diane of Port Colborne.

Victor will be missed by his grandchildren; Danny, Leslie, Mandie, Korinna, Joshua, Katelyn, Duane, Ashley, Matthew, Carrie, Sherri and Sean. He will also be missed by his great-grandchildren, Parker, Charlotte, Ruby, Kelsie, Hailey, Kianna, Seth, Chelsea and Aiden.

Dearly missed by his close friends Debbie and Dave, thank-you for all you have done.  He is survived by his brother Jean-Guy Bourassa and his wife Denise as well as many nieces and nephews.

Victor was predeceased by his parents, 3 brothers and 4 sisters of Buckingham, Québec.

The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in Port Colborne on Tuesday, December 11th with Father Michael Andrysiak officiating. Rite of Committal will follow.

Victor enjoyed his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. An avid fisherman, he always looked forward to his fishing trips with his sons, grandsons and great-grandson. Victor believed every child should enjoy an ice cream cone.

In keeping with his beliefs and in lieu of flowers, all memorial donations can be made to Ronald MacDonald House and McMaster Sick Kids.

Beloved wife of the late Stanley Chubak (Feb. 22, 2012). Loving mother of Theresa Chubak (George Trelford), Sheldon Chubak, Mary (Gord) Cooke, the late Anne Chubak (1966) and special mother of Heather (Richard) Lamothe.

Mama will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Alexis (Chris Eashak) Stoppard, Deidre Meskis, Jessie Stoppard, Keith (Jennifer) Cooke and Robert Cooke and by her great grandchildren Cherise, Cameron, Zachary, Benjamin and Katie.

When able to attend, Roberta was an active parishioner of St. Patrick’s Church, Merritton and belonged to the C.W.L. She was also a survivor and member of the Post Polio Society with the March of Dimes. Family meant the world to Roberta and with that in mind she opened her doors and heart to over 100 foster children, changing their lives.

A special thank you to Heidehof Home For The Aged for their care and compassion.

Funeral service will take place in Thorold on Monday. Interment Tuesday morning in Fonthill.

Donations in memory of Roberta to the St. Vincent de Paul Society or the March of Dimes would be appreciated by the family.

Beloved husband of Florence (nee Olszewski) for 53 years.  Loving father of Linda, Leonard (Amy) and Lance (Heather).  Dear grampa of Corey, Derek, Cody and Dayton.

Survived by his sister Annie, sister-in-law Kay, brother-in-law Joe and predeceased by brothers Bernie and Alvy.

Frank was a one of a kind husband, father, grandfather and friend.  He worked at Hayes-Dana for 32 years and was a member of Thorold South Fire Department.

Cremation has taken place.  There will be no visitation or service.  A Memorial Service will be held in the spring. Arrangements out of Thorold.

Zofia was born in Boryslaw, Wolyn, Poland on April 12, 1920, surviving the invasion of Poland on February 10, 1939 and sent to Siberia.

Zofia was the beloved wife of Jozef (1992). Much loved mother of Richard (Pauline) of Stratford, Halina (Brian) Budd of Niagara Falls, Lydia (Farrokh) Kooka of St. Catharines and Irene (David) Hogan.

Babcia will be fondly remembered for her love of family, cooking & gardening by her grandchildren Jennifer, Laura, Melissa (Warren), Melanie (Chad), Richard, Michael (Stephanie), Alicia, Joseph, Steven, and Kelsey; also great-grandma of seven.

Zofia is also survived by her brothers Joseph and Adolph (Ruth), her sister Elenora Wiencek and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, one sister, and two brothers.

The family would like to thank CCAC/Paramed, especially Kim, Karen and Zofia for all the care and compassion given to our mother.

Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 5 Oblate Street, St. Catharines on Wednesday, December 12th at 11am with Rite of Committal to follow.

Katherine was born in Welland, Ontario on April 24, 1972 and grew up in Port Colborne, Ontario. She was the oldest daughter of Karen (Snider) Neumann and Gary Neumann.

By vocation, Katherine was a nurse at Kenmore Mercy Hospital in Buffalo, NY. Katherine is survived by her loving son Lawson Van Patten, mother and father Karen and Gary Neumann of Port Colborne, sister Lana Evans (Mark) of Port Colborne, brother Brent Neumann (Sara) and their daughter Lily of Hamilton, sister Ashley Neumann (Andrew) of Port Colborne, grandparents Lawson Snider of Port Colborne, Sue and Helmet Neumann of Port Colborne and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Katherine is preceded in death by her grandmother, Tilda Snider.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, December 13th at 11:00 am at First Lutheran Evangelical Church, 688 Elm Street, Port Colborne, followed by interment in Bethel. There will be a reception at First Lutheran Evangelical Church Hall following the interment.

Special thanks to the staff at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital for their incredible support. Love and appreciation to Katherine's friends and loved ones who were there in her time of need.

Passed away December 7th, 2012 in her 93rd year at the Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital with her daughter by her side.

She was predeceased by her husband Allan (1993). Madelon will be sorely missed by her children John (Debbie), Gary (Rowena) and Melody (Bruce). She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Elizabeth, Amanda, Justin, Melissa, Ian, Matthew, Glen, Jimmy, Robbie; great-grandchildren John, Caleb and Carmella.

Born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Madelon moved to Vancouver where she met and married Allan in 1955. They then embarked on adventures with their children at many Air Force bases across Canada.

Cremation and a private service have taken place. Sincere thanks to Madelon's friends at Ina Grafton for their kindness and the 2 West staff at the Shaver for their compassionate care.

Bishop Robinson died Friday, December 7th, 2012 in St. Catharines General Hospital after a brief illness.

He spent his life in the service of the Anglican Church of Canada, a kindly, warm "gentleman of the church," admired and loved by all who met him. His beloved wife Joan died in 2004 as they planned their 60th wedding anniversary celebration.

Morse was a graduate of Bishop's University and was proud to have been a member of that school's famed football team, the Bishop's Gaiters.

His career in the church took him from a tiny parish in Wainfleet, Ontario to journeys around the world, and he gained new friends wherever he went.

Morse and Joan are survived by their two daughters, Janet Youngman and Barbara Jocelyn (Jodey) Porter, grandchildren Shannon and Christopher and great grandchild London.

Much of Morse's career was spent in Huron Diocese, where he was consecrated bishop in 1974. For the last decade of his life, he lived in the Niagara Region to be close to his family.

At Bishop Robinson's request a Memorial Service will be held in St. Mark's Church, Niagara-on-the-Lake, on May 25, 2013 at 2 p.m., when the orchards are in bloom, on the Feast Day of his favourite saint the Venerable Bede.

Donations in Bishop Robinson's memory should be made to St. Mark's Church, P. O. Box 582 in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Cherished mother of Rob and Bill. Beloved friend of Randy "her Sam" and loving daughter of Frank and Shirley Bartlett and daughter-in-law of Bill and the late Irene Stevenson. Loving sister of John (Christine), Randy (Brenda), Bonnie, Barb and sister-in-law of Kim (Joe).

Brenda was a loving aunt and great-aunt. She will be sadly missed by her dear friend Mike and best friend Carol.

Friends and family are invited to a time of gathering on Friday, December 14th from 1-4 p.m. at Black Creek Community Centre, 2959 Baker Road, Stevensville, to celebrate Brenda's Life.

Those who wish may make a memorial contribution to the Black Creek Community Centre in lieu of flowers.

Adams_FrancesPassed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Northland Pointe on December 6, 2012 in her 94th year.

Beloved wife of the late Jesse – 1985. Loving mother of Thelma Dilts (Laverne), Jesse Jr. (Jean), Joyce Tice (Lorne), Karen D’Amico (Scott), James, Tom (Tracy) & Mark (Robin). She will be missed by her 17 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Dear sister of Joyce Caine (William) & Errol Leroy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Frances was born in Avoca, Quebec and moved to Port Colborne at a young age. She worked for 40 years at the Sunbeam Shoe Factory. Frances loved to be outdoors cutting her grass on her riding lawn mower until she was in her mid 80’s.

The Funeral Service will be held in Port Colborne on Monday, December 10th with Rev. Gord Abraham officiating. Interment will follow in Bethel.

Passed away peacefully at Welland General Hospital on Thursday, December 6, 2012, in his 84th year.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Margaret (2008). Dear father of Glenice (Alan) Billyard, Brenda (Robin) Fraser and Darrell (Karen) Crumb. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Byron and Amy Gracey, Jennifer and Justin Parker, Keith and Cathy Gracey, Sarah Billyard, Jesse, Alex and seven great grandchildren.

Brother of Milo Crumb and Jean Murphy. Predeceased by several brothers and sisters.

George worked for Dunnville Public Utilities-Water Works Dept. for over 30 years and was also former member of the Dunnville Fire Department. He was an avid golfer and loved hunting and fishing.

Memorial visitation in Dunnville on Sunday evening. Private family service will take place on Monday, December 10th.  Interment.

At the St. Catharines General Hospital, on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at the age of 69.

Predeceased by her parents Claude and Mary Dair and sister Noma Dair. Special family members Sheila Fendly and Debora Murray and many other cousins.

Special friend of Mariette and Alf Stockwell and their children Sarah, Jane, Emily, Alfred, Kathleen and Karen. Friend, caregiver and Visiting Teacher Terri Wood. Faithful Home Teacher and friend Peter Hall and Relief Society President Gale Tayler.

Patricia was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-Day Saints and was an avid family historian. She was a chef, loved cooking and cook books, specializing in birthday and wedding cakes. She loved British Royalty, Nascar racing and Elvis.

Cremation has taken place. Arrangements out of Thorold.  Inurnment at a later date at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Hamilton.

Memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.

Thelma Elvin, beloved wife to Bill Sutton. Loving mother to Joyce Reid (Kevin), Kelly Elvin (Rex), Cathy-Jo Reid (John), Joseph (Laura), Allison Wagter (Eric), John, Myrtle Stage, Josh (Kyra) Predeceased by her parents Joe Ellis and Myrtle Covell and by her son-in-law Ryan Stage.

Loving grandma of Michelle, Johnathan, Marion, Ashley, Murray, Bradley, Kyle, Douglas, Daniel, Zachary, Jackson, Max, Kayla, Brandon, Cheyenne. Proud great grandma of Austin, Vanessa, Morgan, Brooklyn and 2 anxiously awaited new arrivals.

Sadly missed by her dear friends Jean Allison and John and Jennifer Vandervliet.  Thelma loved her dogs Bear and Snowball and showered them with love and kindness.

A memorial service will take place in Dunnville on Saturday, December 8th.
