Passed away at the Royal Victoria Health Care Centrein his 94th year.
Gordon, beloved husband of Shirley (nee Perkins) and sadly missed by her sons Greg, Tim (Cheryl), Jeff (Brenda) and grandson Nickolas.
Dear brother of Hazel McCullough. Predeceased his sisters Olive and Barbara and his brothers Clayton and Morley.
Funeral service will be held in Barrie on Monday, June 10th conducted by Dr. LeRoy Pennell of the Heritage Baptist Church, Barrie.

It is with great sorrow that the Munro family announces the death of our beloved Joyce.
She leaves a family who will greatly miss her and cherish her memory. Dearly loved wife of John C.C. Munro for sixty-four years (and the late Norman Fitton, Pilot Officer, deceased 1944). Her children Heather (Gordon Gauthier), and Bruce (Sheila), forever Nana to her grandchildren Sarah E. Gauthier of Wellington, New Zealand, Michelle Gauthier of Cornwall, Courtney Munro (Rob Calvert), Jordan Munro (Melissa), and Ashley (Kevin Haire). Her grandchildren were her treasures and her delight.
Loving great Nana Joyce to her great granddaughter Maeve Gauthier, and great grandsons Jack Munro and Ethan Calvert.
Beloved sister of Amy Stone, Kingston; predeceased by her brother Alfred Craske, and her sister Elizabeth Riggall both of England. Beloved aunt of Elizabeth Hewitt, Ruth Sorsby, and Paul Craske of England; Robert (Heather), Michael, and Jeffery Stone of Kingston.
She was intelligent, sometimes formidable, leavened always by a wonderful warmth and sense of humour, and she was to the end stoic and dignified. Joyce spent her final years in Midland near John, who fought for her comfort and dignity until her last day. She lived every day with grace and purpose. She was loyal, supportive and patient, a role model for all.
The funeral service will be held in Midland on Monday, June 10th Internment to follow in Midland.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers to the Salvation Army or St. Mark’s Anglican-Lutheran Church would be appreciated by the family if desired.

PAYNE, David Bruce -
It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we say good bye to David Payne after his courageous fight with cancer. He was surrounded by loved ones when he passed away on Wednesday June 5, 2013 in his 57th year.
Dave was the beloved husband of Susan Payne (nee Moran) who has been lovingly by his side every moment.
Dave so loved and cherished his daughters Courtney and Alli and adored his grandchildren Bryce, Kale and Emery.
David Bruce Payne was the son of Marion & Kenneth Payne both predeceased.
He will be greatly missed by his brothers Randy, Rudy, Rod and their families.
His wonderful sense of humour and crazy ass dancing will be missed by all that knew him.
Cremation has taken place. A service to celebrate David’s life will be held in Orillia on Friday, June 7th.

Craig was the proprietor of Beaver Fuels, Midhurst and an employee of Currie Truck Centre for the past 14 years. He will be missed by many.

Ruth was a longtime Eastern Star member and a Royal Canadian Legion member. Stationed at Newfoundland, Ruth is a veteran of the Canadian Navy WREN , having served during World War II. Born and raised in Bracebridge, she remained there until moving to Gravenhurst in the early 1980’s. Ruth always loved a good joke.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Ruth’s live will be held at the Bracebridge Masonic Hall on Friday, June, 7, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. Remembrances will be shared at 8:00 p.m.

ANGIERS, Ross - "Express Condolences"

After a long and happy life, Ross has gone to drive the big Zamboni in the sky.
In his 93rd year, Ross passed away peacefully with his family at his side on May 31, 2013 at Niagara Ina Grafton Gage Village, St. Catharines.
Beloved husband for 67 years of Harriet (nee Cameron).
Loving Dad to Lynda (Vince) Purpura, Janet Peterson, Bob Angiers, and Violet Wilkinson. Proud Papa of Kristen Benson, Kelly Purpura, Amy (Duane Smith) LoBosco, Alison (Alex) Scott, Jodi Healey, and Matthew Healey. Devoted Great Papa of Wesley, Morgan, Alex, Mackenzie, Matthew, and Owen. Born in Coboconk, Ontario, Ross was the last survivor of 14 siblings.
After joining the Midland Regiment in 1940, he served overseas in WWII in the Hastings & Prince Edward Reg.
After the war, Ross and Harriet settled in Niagara Falls to raise their family. For 37 years, Ross worked at the Niagara Falls Memorial Arena, where he was known as 'Ross the Boss.' He loved fishing at Buckhorn and was proud of his prize 50-inch Muskie, caught and mounted in 1979. He was an ever-faithful Toronto Maple Leaf fan and always hopeful of seeing them win the Stanley Cup again.
Many thanks to the staff of Ina Grafton, the nurses of 3A Nephrology at the St. Catharines Hospital Site, Dr. Pillay, and Dr. Arvinti and the CCAC Palliative Care Team for their compassionate care.
There will be a celebration of Ross' life at a memorial service at Niagara Ina Grafton Gage Village, 413 Linwell Road, St. Catharines on Sunday, June 9th at 2 pm in the Auditorium.

Passed away, peacefully, at Spencer House, Orillia on Friday, May 31, 2013 in his 86th year.
Loving husband of 58 years to Audrey Jean Curtis. Devoted father of Paul & his wife Stephanie.
Cherished grandfather of Whitney & Brooke Curtis. Predeceased by his sisters Ruth Langman & Laura Rodgers.
The funeral service will be held in Orillia on Tuesday, June 4th. Interment to follow.

Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Georgian Manor on Friday May 31st, 2013 in her 107th year.
Beloved wife of the late Prime Desroches. Loving mother of Lionel (Elsie Charlebois, late Jean), Valantine (late Louis Desroches), Zita (late Jim Petrie), Solange (Doug Perrault), Armand "Herman" (Bea Waples), Jules (Jeanne McMann) and predeceased by Rosaire (late Vesta) and Alcide (Rita Vallee).
Grandmother of 27 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren.
Sister of Albertine Marchildon, Bernadette Juneau and predeceased by Armand, Clarina, Harvey, Valantine, Veronica, Edgar, Marcel, Bernard, Anita, Lionel and Marie.
Daughter of the late Eugere Beauchamp & Vitaline Mailloux.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Ann's Church on Tuesday June 4th at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow.
If desired, donations to the Sick Kids Hospital, the Diabetes Association or the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.

KAPTYN, Mary -
It is with heavy hearts that our family announces the peaceful passing of Mary Kaptyn, in her 81st year, at Southlake Regional Health Centre, on Friday, May 31, 2013.
She will be deeply missed by her son Henry, wife Cathy and her grandchildren Samantha, Alex and Robert.
Mary was a generous, hardworking and thoughtful woman. She was an avid gardener and accomplished folk artist. She taught and adored children, especially each and every one of her grandchildren. She was an active and long-term member of the Duclos Point Association.
She will also be missed by her two sisters in Canada, Joanne and Ellie, her three brothers and two sisters in Holland and her sister in Spain.
Friends and family are invited to Celebrate her Life at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 28118 Highway 48, Pefferlaw, Ontario on Thursday, June 6th at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Salvation Army Sutton Youth Centre would be appreciated.
