BEAVER, Carol Jane (Strachan) (Maxwell) - (January 16, 1935 – April 7, 2021) - Peacefully, at 86 years old, in Aurora, Ontario.
Carol was a woman of quiet faith who cherished family and friends. She proudly remembered her service as a nurse, and deeply enjoyed her creative journey as an artist. Carol was a graduate of Wellesley Nursing College (1959) and employed her nursing training in a range of contexts throughout her life.
Carol was modest about her work as lay missionary for the United Church of Canada, during which time she utilized her nursing training in her public health work with rural families in southern Brazil with her first husband, Lloyd Strachan.

HARDING, Winnifred 'May' - (1925 - 2021) - Passed away on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at the age of 96.
Now reunited with her loving husband of 70 years, the late Roderick James Harding.
Devoted mother of Andy (Edna), Peter (Tracey), Mary (Rich Hueston) and predeceased by her son Matthew (Joanne). She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

GAJADHAR, Lesa Alice Ann - After a long battle with cancer, Lesa passed away peacefully at Bethell Hospice on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at the age of 70.
She was predeceased by her husband of 43 years, Steve (d. 2016).
Survived by her mother Jean Herchak. Loving mother to Sharon and Aaron and his wife Diana. Adoring Baba to Isabella, Ethan, Georgia, Eva and Kinzlee. She will be sadly missed by her fur baby Sophie. Dear sister to Rodney, Melvyne, Sonia (d. 2017), and Harvey (d. 1992).

LEBLANC, Ernest Vincent - 92, of Lower Wedgeport, Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia. Ernest passed away peacefully on April 7, 2021, at Yarmouth Regional Hospital.
Born on May 24, 1928, Ernest was the son of the late Eloi and Monique (Pothier) LeBlanc of Wedgeport. He grew up in Lower Wedgeport and started working as a fisherman in his younger years. He then worked on Don Raymond’s yacht, the Nellie D, as an engineer for 5 to 6 years.

SCOTT, Ridley "Bill" H. - 1940 - 2021 It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Ridley at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on April 7, 2021, at the age of 81.
He leaves behind his devoted wife Claudette (Jacques) of 58 years, his loving children Michael and Kimberly Ervin (Kevin); and was a beloved "Pe-Pere" to Sydney and Brandon.
Ridley has now been reunited with his father Percival, mother Doris (Simpson), and brothers Roy and Francis.
He will be sadly missed and is survived by his sisters Leonorah Iglesias and Dorothy Trott (George) and brother Philip (Ava-Anne). He will be deeply missed by his many nieces and nephews, family, and friends.

WRABKO, Susan Ida - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Susan on April 7, 2021.
Susan was a passionate educator who loved children.
She pursued higher education and completed a Masters of Education degree in 2002.
Susan had a successful career with the Toronto District School Board in various roles such as librarian, teacher and eventually retiring as an elementary school principal in 2016.
Her parents Joseph and Wilma are both pre-deceased.

Mary Charles (née Oldfin), loving wife to Garner Charles (deceased), passed away peacefully in Calgary, Alberta on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at the age of 95 years, after moving from Toronto to Calgary two years ago to be closer to her daughter and family.
Mary maintained a strong sense of independence, work ethic, deep compassion and commitment to her family and friends, always striving to be both caring to family and help others achieve a successful life.
Strongly sociable and blessed with a dazzling smile and sense of humour, she was constantly planning and holding gatherings and parties for her friends and family creating a community of friendship that would last her entire life.

MANLEY, Peter John - Born on February 6, 1937 to Frank and Ruth (White) Manley. Passed away peacefully, on April 7, 2021, aged 84.
Married to Sandra (Harrison) for over 61 years. He was a devoted husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend.
As children, Peter and brother Frank lost their father to cancer and were raised by their mother.
From his early teens, Peter worked to help support the family.
He was in the automotive industry for his entire career, excelling as a mechanic, business owner, and service manager. He loved to drag-race cars, fish, travel in Canada, and buy and sell antiques.

A gentle, kind, determined, devoted Catholic, "spunky" former Biology teacher (Montego Bay High School), businesswoman (St. James Bakery/Cornwall Bakery) and retired volunteer (Hope Teaching Health Clinic), late of Montego Bay, Jamaica and Toronto, Canada, passed away in Tampa, Florida on April 7, 2021.

We sadly announce the passing of Mary Chiyeko Hiraishi, who passed away peacefully, April 7, 2021.
Mary lived a full life in the Willowdale area of Toronto with her two sisters Tomi and Kimi.
She was a legal secretary by profession. In her earlier years, Mary was an avid golfer and a big fan of the Toronto Blue Jays.
As a season ticket holder, once she retired, she never missed a game.
Mary was outgoing and loved to travel and enjoyed her trips to places, such as Japan, Hawaii, Vancouver, Victoria, Florida, San Francisco, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia.
