HALEY, Shirley Joy - (1936 - 2021) - It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Shirley Haley on Saturday June 5th, 2021.
Shirley leaves behind her loving husband Albert and daughters Jennifer and Haley.
She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends.

HUDSON, Benson Joseph 'Ben' - Ben Hudson passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at the age of 77.
He was born and raised in Adam's Cove, Newfoundland. He moved to Toronto, and enjoyed almost 55 years of marriage with his wife Marsha. He was a father to Jacqueline. Ben was a loving, caring husband and father, with a kind, generous heart. We are blessed to have had him in our life.
He was predeceased by his parents Harriett and Stewart Hudson, his siblings Clyde (Shirley deceased), and two baby sisters.
Will be remembered by his brother Howard (Winnie), brother-in-law David (Beverley), brother in-law Hector (Leona), sister-in-law Margaret (George deceased), sister-in-law Dora (John), and his nieces and nephews.

BUDDING, Nan (née Hogeveen) - (February 20, 1935 - June 5, 2021)
Nan was born in 1935 in the Netherlands and emigrated at age 18 with her family to Canada in 1953. Nan married the love of her life, Hubert Budding, in 1955 and started their family in Montreal.
In 1968, Nan and her family moved from Montreal to Ontario where her husband Hubert pursued a career in teaching and Nan continued to manage the busy, young household.
Their beliefs and understanding of the Christian world-view and living in faith led Nan, Hubert and their family to join with a number of like-minded families in starting a Christian community in Eastern Ontario where Nan and Hubert opened a restaurant -- The Supper of the Lamb. Their faith was put into practice in the menus and food offered, the relationships they had with the customers and the way in which they carried out the day-to-day business.

De LANDRO, Roscita “Beauty” (nee Gittens) - It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved, Roscita “Beauty” De Landro.
Roscita “Beauty” Carolita De Landro (nee Gittens) passed away peacefully on June 5th, 2021.
Roscita was the only surviving child born to Thomas and Beatrice Gittens on April 10th, 1932 in Tunapuna, Trinidad and Tobago.
She was the mother of Wayne (deceased), Wendell (Cynthia), Wanda-Lee, Wynnell (Curtis), Warrene (Winston), Werna, Whelan (Colin), and Elizabeth.

COOMANSINGH, Victor Kenrick - It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Victor Kenrick Coomansingh at the age of 71 on June 5th, 2021.
Victor was born on March 10th, 1950 in Trinidad and Tobago. He learned lessons of hard work, values and integrity at a young age from his family which he carried with him throughout his life.
He immigrated to Canada to pursue a career as a welder fitter where his appreciation for hard work truly helped him excel in his career. While in Canada he began to build a family and had two sons, Brandon and Michael.

VILLA, Lydia Burgos - Lydia Villa, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother passed away peacefully on June 5th, 2021 at Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga.
She was born in Tanauan, Batangas, Philippines August 18th, 1944 to Rufino and Basilia Burgos. Lydia was the last surviving and youngest sibling to 4 brothers and two sisters. Her best friend and eldest sister who raised her like a mother, her Ate Susay just passed away last year.
In 1969 Lydia left her college sweetheart Gabriel Villa in the Philippines to go the Netherlands where she would work for the next 3 years. There she met a significant group of ladies who would become her lifelong friends. In 1972, all the ladies then immigrated to Canada.

WYTON, Margaret (nee Gilbert) - It’s with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Margaret Wyton (nee Gilbert) age 85 at her home in Brampton on Saturday, June 5th, 2021.
Her heart finally gave out. It was never the same after her husband Kenny of over 63 years passed. She was lonely for him, but not for the lack of love from family and friends.
She and Kenny travelled around the world throughout the years and befriended folks and animals everywhere they went.
She was rich in family and is survived by her children Cindy and Darrell, surrogate mother to Cheryl.

BRUNO, Rosaria - (1933 - 2021) - It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our sweet mother in the morning hours of June 5th, 2021.
She was a kind and gentle soul, anyone who knew her was touched by her kindness and sweet smile.
She loved being around all her grandkids whom she loved and adored so dearly. We all loved her so very much. It was comforting that in spite of Covid we were all able to be by her side to say our goodbyes.

CLARKE, Joyce Vadney - Born in St. Ann, Jamaica on May 14, 1935, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 5, 2021.
Joyce left Jamaica in her early 20's to pursue a career as a nurse in England.
Not only did she begin her career there, but she also found her best friend, Ernest, who she took as her loving husband.
Joyce and Ernest spent 60 blissful years together, before the Lord took him home in 2016. Together, they have raised four amazing children, Janet, Sandra, Kevin and Jeff; who they cherished every day of their lives.

At the age of 79 he was a devoted husband of 52 years to his wife Tina; loving Father to Tonia (Anthony), Mary (Gino); proud Grandfather to Marcus, Sierra, Kira and Mirella.
Biagio expressed unconditional love and generosity to his extended family which included his sister, brother in-laws, sister in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousin in-laws.
His close friends whom he considered family held a very special place in his heart and cherished them dearly, especially his longtime “brother” Tony.

HOBBS, Peter Ernest - Long time resident of Maple, Ontario, passed away peacefully in his sleep on June 5, 2021, in his 93rd year.
Born in Swansea, Wales to David and Ellen (née Keast) Hobbs, Peter grew up happily with his siblings, Irene, Margaret, Jack, and Betty on Townhill.
After high school, he served two years in the Royal Artillery and could recite his army number all of his life.
Peter married his wife Lorna in 1954 and together they immigrated to Canada from Wales in 1957.

ANGULO, Dr. Arthur B., DVM, MS, PhD, ACVM, - April 13, 1941 – June 5, 2021
Dr. Arthur B. Angulo was born in the Philippines on April 13, 1941, to Cecilio and Tarcila Angulo. He received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of the Philippines.
He obtained his MS and PhD in Immunology and Virology at the University of Toronto.
There he met his wife of 48 years, Nelida. In his late twenties, he was recruited by Texas A&M University in College Station, where he helped develop the diagnostic lab and retired as the Head of Serology.
After 39 years of service, he became a world-renowned scientist and was awarded the distinction of Emeritus.
