Father of late Ricky, Martin, late Glen, late Leslie, Colleen Sullivan, Vanessa Adair (Steve Blackburn), Janice (Wayne) Watkins and Laurie (Paul) Young.

Al will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Precious son of Tecla. He will be greatly missed by his extended family and many friends. Rudy was a volunteer driver for the Canadian Cancer Society for almost 15 years, driving patients to their appointments. May his passion for volunteering and commitment to others be an inspiration.

It is with great sadness that we have to announce the passing of Edward (Beau) Peter Carroll.

He went quietly on Monday, March 23, 2015 at Credit Valley Hospital after a brave battle with cancer.

Ed is survived by his wife Kristi (Galvin) Carroll, his many brothers, a sister and many nieces and nephews. Siblings: Hugh (Sandy), Stuart, Paul (Jennifer), Patrick and Cindy.

Predeceased by sister Freida (Stew) Thomson and brother Michael (Janine) Carroll. Ed was born November 2, 1951.

Ed was a fun loving man, devoted to his bride and loyal to his family and many friends. He had the charm of a prince, the humour of a comedy troupe and the skills of many. He will be deeply missed.

Eddie's celebration of life will be held this Saturday, March 28th at 7 to 9 p.m. at the Glenerin Inn in Mississauga (1695 The Collegeway).

Please feel free to bring some photos and share your stories. There 4 hotels with in a 5 minute drive from the Glenerin.

November 1928 - March 2015

Tom died peacefully in hospital surrounded by family and is survived by his wife of 52 years Linda (nee Hawtin) and his children David, Suzanne (Ari Ketola) and his 7 grandchildren.

Tom was predeceased by his son Jamie Guy, October 2014. Tom was born in Limavady, Northern Ireland, where he grew up on the family farm before owning his own draper shop. Tom moved to Canada in 1958 and met Linda while working at Eaton's in 1961.

After his time at Eaton's, Tom worked at Maple Leaf Gardens before starting his own printing and advertising business.

He dedicated his life to his family, friends and pets and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Friends will be received at DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main St. N. (Markham Rd.), Markham, on Saturday, March 28th for visitation from 12 noon until time of memorial service in the chapel at 1 p.m. Reception to follow.

Adored wife of James (deceased 2006), mother of Mark (Marylynn), Michele (Paul Mendelson), Nikki Brand, Melissa (Paul Nannetti), Matthew (Silke) and James. Grandmother to Samantha, Nathan, Alex, Max, Jared, Austin, Natasha, Kathryn and Milena.

Born in Liverpool, England, Barbara immigrated to Canada in 1957. She was the best mother to her 6 children and spent many wonderful years at 1215 Southdown Rd. in Clarkson. She worked at Mallory Battery (Duracell) as the receptionist for 21 years. She was the smartest, sweetest, person ever.

Mum was loved by so many people and her smile will always be remembered.

Her funeral and interment will take place in England on Monday, March 30th.

A celebration of Barbara's life will be held on Monday, March 30th between 3 and 8 p.m. at 283 Strathallan Wood, Toronto.

Come share memories and have a scotch to Barbara.

Ted received the honour of lifetime member of the Ajax Royal Canadian Legion Branch 322.

It is with great sadness and memories to last a lifetime that we announce the passing of our beloved Charles.

Chuck was born in Hanover on January 1, 1924 and passed away peacefully at William Osler Health Centre, Etobicoke, on March 23, 2015 at the age of 91.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Dorothy of Etobicoke, daughter Cathy (Fred) and son John (Roseann) of Kenora. He also leaves his sister Mary of Brantford and grandchildren Ed, Chris (Taryn), Erin, Nicholas (Jessica) and Jonathan. Chuck was born to Edward and Florence Haller and grew up in Port Dover and Brantford. Chuck proudly served in the Royal Canadian Air Force, reaching the rank of Pilot Officer.

Chuck met the love of his life Dorothy Jones at Camp Kwasind. They were married in July 1948 and celebrated 66 years together.

Chuck had a long career with the Etobicoke Board of Education as a teacher and later a guidance counsellor. For over 20 years in his retirement Chuck happily volunteered in the Orthopaedic Clinic of the William Osler Health Centre, Etobicoke.

The family wishes to thank the Village of Humber Heights staff who assured a happy and comfortable final year.

Special thanks to his church family at Martin Grove Baptist Church who provided incredible care and support.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Martin Grove Baptist Church, 35 Hedges Blvd., Etobicoke, at 2 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or toward the elevator project at Martin Grove Baptist Church.

(Veteran WWII) -Mary passed away at the Georgetown Hospital in the company of her family on Monday, March 23, 2015 in her 93rd year.

She was the beloved wife of the late “Ab” for 68 years and the loving mother of Sandra and her husband Jim Cooney, Jack, Brendan and Valerie.

Mary will be missed by her six grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

She was a proud veteran of WWII (CWAC). Mary was a retired Acton Public School teacher. She will be missed by her many friends in the Legion Bridge Group and Ladies Golf League.

There will be a Celebration of Mary’s Life in the Ladies’ Lounge of the Legion on Friday, March 27th at noon.

Remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.

Mildred was a faithful Charter member of the Faith Lutheran Church for 50 years. She loved and served her Lord and until her passing.
