Loving father of Bernadette Somers (Matthew) of London, Ontario; Charlotte Hough (Eric) of St. Catherines; Sean Fitzpatrick (Rachelle and her sister Denise) and Neil Fitzpatrick, both of Toronto; Kevin Fitzpatrick (Karen) of Scotland. Loving grandfather "Gog" to Heather (Michael), John (Aimee), Paul, Brian, Colin and Danielle. Loving great-grandfather to Allison and Emily. Survived by brothers Tom, Gerard, Pat, of Toronto and James of Ireland.

Predeceased by brother Neil of Ireland. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

While his wife and family were the most cherished and important part of his life, John touched many lives. He will be fondly remembered for his generosity and kindness, his love of Ireland, and his gift of storytelling.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. George Parish, 1164 Commissioners Road West, London, on Saturday, January 31st at 1 o'clock.

Memorial donations to Share Life ( or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at the age of 83.

Steve Fitzsimmons, devoted husband of Claire Osborne (nee Jenkins) and of his first wife the late Estelle Fitzsimmons (1971). Beloved father of Shawn (late Sheila), Kevin (Gina), Theresa Sukkel (Bill), Janet Bosanac (Mike), Diane Littler (Tim) and the late Timothy (1998).

Cherished by his grandchildren Amy, Katie, Jessica, Meagan, late Stephanie, Eric, late William Robert, Olivia, Blake, Mackenzie and great-grandchildren Tyler, Jada, Neisa, Dayton, Avery and Emily. Steve will be dearly missed by his extended family and friends.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Paul the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 2265 Headon Rd, Burlington, on Saturday, January 31st at 11 am. Cremation has taken place.

Predeceased by brother Allen Reynolds, brothers-in-law Neil Guerin, Jim Guerin, and John Daly, and sister-in-law Marie Daly. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Terry will always be remembered for her kind heart, love of gardening, and angelic voice.
Memorial Mass at St. Patrick's Church, 196 Kenwood Avenue, Burlington on Saturday, January 31st at 10:00am.

Passed away peacefully on January 24, in Rouge Valley Hospital, Scarborough, after a battle with cancer.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife (Nan) Anne Henderson nee (Douglass). He is survived by his son David and daughter-in-law Brenda nee (Stevens) and granddaughter Tara. He will be sadly missed by extended loving families, including nephews and nieces, both here and in England.

James will be fondly remembered & forever loved in our hearts. We thank Dr. Trottier, Dr. Peto & the nurses on the 3rd & 5th floors for their compassion and excellent care of our dad.

She was predeceased by her husband Imanta and daughter Astrida. She was a dear mother to Guntis (Ligita), Alda (Uldis) and Aris (Ann), a loving grandmother (Vecmamma, Omite, Oma) to Karlis (Ieva), Pauls (Rachelle), Taris (Lia), Lindsay, Liana (Greg), Erik and Lara and caring great-grandmother to Alize and Mila.

Aina was a passionate and charismatic woman who overcame many obstacles during her life. She was very involved with family and friends, always listening and sharing stories. She will be remembered as a generous person and will be dearly missed by family and friends around the world.

A funeral service will be held at ROSAR-MORRISON FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 467 Sherbourne Street, Toronto, Ontario, M4X 1K5 (416-924-1408), on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow in late spring in Sudbury.

Thomas Alfred Kinch, AKA "Tommy K", passed away peacefully on the morning of Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at his home surrounded by the love of his family in Pickering, ON, in his 56th year.

Predeceased by parents Shirley Kinch (nee Blake) and Jack Kinch. Dear brother of Jeff and Bill. Beloved partner and best friend of Louise. Tom cherished his children Matthew (Michelle) and Erin. One of his favourite pastimes was to put together a wonderful meal and gather his children around his table. Tom's life was enriched by the love of his many friends, including the adoptive family of Rob, Linda, Olivia and Jessica Longorini, whom he truly adored.

Tom was a Sales Representative with Zep Superior Solutions who lived his life with great gusto. He will be missed by many and forgotten by none.

Please join us in celebrating his life at a Memorial Service being held Friday, January 30, 2015 at Qssis Banquet Halls, 3474 Kingston Road, Scarborough, ON, M1M 1R5. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m., followed by a service at 5 p.m., with refreshments to follow at 6 p.m.

Flowers can be sent to the hall after 11 a.m. Thursday or Friday and, for those who wish, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.

Helen Mandarich, beloved wife of the late Rear Admiral Stevan Mandarich, USN (Ret) D.F.C.

Dear mother of Stanley (Jacqueline) and grandmother of Oliver and Simon. Daughter of late Peter and Julia Miscevich, sister of Alice Todorovich, late Stanley Miscevich and late Bess Gauthier.

Mrs. Mandarich was born in Port Colborne, Ontario in 1919 and graduated from Victoria College, University of Toronto. During World War II she worked for the British Embassy and the British Security Coordination in Washington D.C., after which she joined the Canadian Department of External Affairs and served abroad in Buenos Aires, Bonn and London. From 1951-1981 Mrs. Mandarich was employed by the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C.

On retirement, Mrs. Mandarich returned to Canada and settled in Niagara-on-the-Lake where she was active in the NOTL Hospital Auxiliary, Newark Chapter of IODE, the Ulyssean Society, and its Spanish conversation group.

A funeral will be held at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME , 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls, with burial in Oakwood Cemetery, Port Colborne..

God called Antonio Maneli home peacefully at the age of 84, after a 5-year, courageous battle with prostate cancer on the evening of January 27, 2015.

Antonio joins his wife Vittoria Maneli, his father Giuseppe Maneli and mother Emanuela Bosco Maneli, brothers Antonio, Domenico, Francesco (twin), brother-in-law Domenico Pirone and daughter-in-law Filomena Simonetta Maneli.

Antonio will be missed by his loving family, son Joseph Maneli (Chiara) and daughter Emanuela Maneli (Tony), brother Vittorio (Rosanna), sisters Rosina Maneli, Giuseppina Maneli Galati (Francesco) and all nephews and nieces, friends and neighbours.

The family would like to thank the caring and supporting staff at Toronto General Hospital, Toronto Grace Hospital and the Princess Margaret Hospital.

Funeral Mass to be held on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church at 72 Mansfield Avenue.

WII Royal Navy Veteran & Long-time Employee of the Toronto Transit Commission 

Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay in his 92nd year.

Faithful and loving husband of Eleanor (née Dickinson) of 61 years.

Loving father of Janet Martin (Steven). Proud Grampa of Alec, John, and Scott. Fondly remembered by John and Lori Dickinson and his niece and nephews, Jeff, Brian, and Jill. We would like to give a special thank you to our wonderful neighbors who have always been there and have also been so helpful.

George was a member of the Royal Navy during the Second World War.

When the war ended he immigrated to Canada where he met and married Eleanor in 1953.

A long-time employee of the TTC where he retired from in January 1985.

He will be greatly missed.

Cremation has taken place.

In keeping with George’s wishes no services will take place.

If desired, memorial donations to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
