Peacefully, at Wellington Terrace, Fergus, on Saturday, December 28, 2013.

Beloved wife of the late John "Jack" Rickaby (June 20, 1998).

Born in Brampton, Ontario, and raised in Milton, Chris lived in Oakville, Toronto and Richmond Hill.

She was a lifelong volunteer, giving her time and creative talents to Woodgreen Centre, Girls Clubs of America, York Central Hospital and Richmond Hill Presbyterian Church.

She was an avid curler and a longtime member of Toronto Ladies Golf Club, where she played into her 90s.

Chris is lovingly remembered by nieces and nephews, and their families, and will be missed by all who knew her.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held April 11th in Richmond Hill.

A special thanks to the staff at Wellington Terrace Long Term Care for their care and kindness.

As the founder of May Flower Landscaping, Chris was loved and respected by his employees and business associates.

He touched the lives of all who met him and will be forever in our hearts.

Retired Toronto Hydro Peacefully at Scarborough General Hospital on December 28, 2013 in his 89th year.

Born and raised in Falkirk, Scotland, John immigrated to Canada after serving in the British Navy during World War II.

Beloved husband to Muriel, dear father to Gary (predeceased), Linda (Curt) and Craig (Jo-anne).

Proud grandfather to Matthew, Stephen, Corey, Andrew and Taryn-Lee. John is survived by his siblings Cathy, Alex, Robert, Bill and George. John's family and friends gave him his greatest joy.

In his later years, Parkinson's robbed him of much, but his kindness, sense of humour and smile endured. His family would like to give thanks to the staff at Leisureworld Rockcliffe Nursing Home who treated him with compassion and dignity.

Family and friends will be received at JERRETT FUNERAL HOME, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough, 416-266-4404, on Friday, January 3, 2014 from 11 a.m. until time of Memorial Service at 1 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel.

March 4, 1930 - December 28, 2013

Former RCAF and Air Canada Pilot. 47-year member of the Brampton Golf Club.

Basil leaves his wife Margit whom he met 45 years ago, his daughters Sandra and Diane, his brother Donald (Renee) and sister Margaret (Jack). He was predeceased by his son Brian and his brother Roy.

Basil spent 2 years as a one-room country school teacher in Saskatchewan before joining the RCAF in 1951.

He spent two years as an F-86 Sabre Fighter Pilot in Germany and finished his 6 years of military service as a flying instructor in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

Basil's flying career was cut short by a severe heart attack at age 41.

His 28 years with Air Canada were as a Pilot and Flight Simulator Instructor. Following Basil's wishes cremation has taken place. A private memorial service was held at St. Joseph Church in Streetsville.

Burial is planned for a later date at the cemetery in Disley close to Basil's birthplace Regina Beach, where his parents and other family members are buried.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

After passing away suddenly in her home, in her 67th year, Susie has been reunited with her beloved husband Lionel W. (2008) and her loving parents Harry and Pearl (Silver) Bishop.

Born in Toronto, Susan was a longtime Bell Canada employee and continued to use her organizational skills to host wonderful events for friends and family.

She is survived by loving Bishop and Silver families in Ontario and Nova Scotia and step- children Barrie Lee Zucker and Lionel Jr. and their children. Susan took great joy in participating in the family life of brother-in-law Murray (Carolyn) Cole and their children and grandchildren. A generous friend and neighbour whom we will miss dreadfully. Her "boys" Coley and Kiwi have been placed with a family member who loves them as she did.

Cremation.  Funeral service in Scarborough on Monday, January 6th.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ron G. Culshaw on Friday, December 27, 2013.

Dearest soulmate of Renée, wife of 62 wonderful years, leaving behind his four children: Bob (Susie), Rick (Anne) Susan Hajer-Culshaw and Larry (Sarah). Also survived by 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Ron passed peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre in his 85th year after suffering a stroke in his Florida home.

Ron was born in Southport, England in 1929, spending 2 years in the RAF with a background in Mechanical Engineering. He emigrated from England in 1956 with his wife Renée and their two young sons. Two Canadian babies followed.

Ron spent many years working in the nuclear field in England and Canada, before changing direction at 45 and together with Renée, designed and built what is now known as Summer Place Resort and RV Sales on a beautiful acreage along the Grand River.

Over the years their children joined in and it is now managed by the four of them.

The resort being closed in winter enabled them to pursue their love of travel all over the world. We will all miss his wonderful stories and smile.

Special thanks to Doctors Willans, Mallin and all of the nurses at Headwaters Health Care Centre.

In lieu of flowers, any donations can be made to the Headwaters Health Care Foundation.

Funeral Service will be held in Orangeville on Tuesday, December 31st.
