TAYLOR, Kelly Hurlburt - It is with the heaviest of hearts we share that on Easter Sunday April 4, 2021, after a long and valiant fight, Kelly passed away peacefully at the age of 44, surrounded by family.
Kelly was born on June 8, 1976, in Toronto, Ontario, and was given the gift of a second chance at life through organ donation in 2001.
She lived that life to the fullest, pursuing a teaching career, getting married, travelling, treasuring time at the cottage in Muskoka and raising her precious children.
She is the beloved daughter of Rob and Nancy Hurlburt, devoted sister of Lindsay Hurlburt and Julie Jones (Ryan).

CANNON, Dennis - January 26, 1938 – April 4, 2021
Peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital. Dennis leaves behind his beloved, Gabrielle Garcia, Matthew Garcia, Melissa Pardoe (Shane) and children, sister-in-law Kathleen Cannon and niece, Lauren, and nephews Darryn, Mike and Trevor Allegretto.
He was predeceased by first wife, Fran (Caldwell) and brother, Jim Cannon.
A graduate of the photography program at Ryerson, Dennis Cannon became a top Sales Executive at Kodak in Toronto and Vancouver.
The Kodak family remained an important part of his life over the years.
Friendship was always a joyful priority for Dennis.

COOPER, Barry - Barry Cooper passed away April 4, 2021 in hospital after a long battle with vascular dementia.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years Nancy (Milligan), his children Nicole (Scott) and Bryce (Meghan), and his three brothers Gerald, Peter and Paul.
Barry was born in Vancouver but spent most of his youth in Rouyn-Noranda, QC where the Cooper brothers had many adventures.
Graduating from Western University with a Honours Bachelor in Business Administration (1961) led him to a career as a chartered accountant working for the Ontario Government for 25 years.

RAYMOND, Bruce Alan - Passed away in his sleep on Sunday April 4, 2021.
Though suffering from dementia, Bruce was being wonderfully cared for in the Veterans Centre at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto.
Bruce was born on May 20, 1925 in England and moved with his parents shortly thereafter to Montreal to live in Verdun.
His passion for theatre began as a young man.
After serving in the Royal Canadian Navy in WW2 on an active base in Newfoundland/Labrador, he continued his involvement in the arts, becoming active in the Montreal Repertory Theatre.

YOUNG, Hugh Joseph - Passed away peacefully at home in Toronto on April 4, 2021.
Born in New Waterford on April 19, 1967, he was the grandson of the late Hugh and Melita (Campbell) Young and Ronald and Alice (Mahoney) Gillis.
He was the son of Dellie and Jean (Gillis) Young.
He is survived by one brother, Dwayne David and several cousins, uncles and aunts, in particular his aunt, Frances (Young) Crawford and her family as well as true friends he met along the way.

PEEBLES, Grace Isabell Marlatt - Grace had epilepsy. She died as a result of a seizure on April 4, 2021.
A joyful young woman lost to us at the age of 23.
She was a loving and devoted daughter and sister, and we cherished her.
Grace leaves behind her mother Constance Marlatt (“Mumsy”), her father Dana Peebles (“Dada”), and her sisters Alice and Eleanor (Norah).

Maria was born in Vila Franca, Sao Miguel, Azores, Portugal to the late Manuel de Melo and Cizaltina Dalgado on November 8, 1950.

FERNANDES, Maria Rosa 'Rosy' - Rosy Fernandes, in her sleep on Holy Saturday of Easter, April 3, 2021.
She was called by the Lord, Our God, to reunite with her husband, Richard Fernandes and leaving behind her four sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, a sister and many, many friends, relatives, nieces and nephews in many parts of the World.

MCKINNON, Dwight Patton - With a broken heart I must announce that my brother Dwight died peacefully at Trillium Hospital in Mississauga, Ontario on April 3, 2021, at the age of 72.
Dwight was born in Newcastle, New Brunswick. At the age of two and along with his older brother, he came to live in Lakeview, Ontario. Dwight’s life was at many times a difficult one but he never complained and always remained cheerful.
He was predeceased by his parents Charles and Evelyn McKinnon and brother Charles MacKinnon. Survived by his sister Sheila McKinnon and brother John McKinnon.

KOHN, Josif 'Joseph' - It is with great sorrow that we announce that on Saturday, April 3, 2021, Joseph Kohn died peacefully of natural causes at the Baycrest Hospital where his palliative care team helped make every remaining moment of his life as comfortable as possible.
Joseph was born October 18th, 1920 in Varsovie (now Warsaw), Poland. After surviving the war in Belgium he married Sara Szulman (Schulman), in 1948 and immigrated to Canada in 1952.
He was a loving husband, father, and Zaidy; leaving a daughter, Renée Ruiter-Kohn and her husband Fred Ruiter and sons Ben and Joshua; and a son Howard Kohn and his wife Judy and son Sam.

VAUGHAN, Peter David - It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Peter David Vaughan after a courageous battle with cancer. Peter passed away peacefully in the early hours of April 3rd, 2021, just shy of his 88th birthday.
He leaves behind his wife of 60 years Joy, his son David, daughter Sandra, daughter-in-law Carol Anne and two grandsons Andrew and Brandon.
Peter was born and raised in London, England, the youngest of six children - two older sisters Doris and Vera, and three older brothers: Roy, Allan and Raymond. He loved playing soccer and occasionally played for a semi-pro team in the UK.

BLUGERMAN, Frances - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Frances Blugerman. She died peacefully in her 104th year on April 3, 2021.
Beloved wife of the late Albert Blugerman and mother of Trudy Blugerman and Brian Blugerman.

Her light will live on in those who knew and loved her. Born Fradel Tziporah on October 25, 2017 in Korosten, Ukraine, Frances came to Canada at the age of eight in 1925 with her parents and younger sister, Marion.
