Beloved wife of the late Robert Gemmell.
She is survived by three sons, Bob (Ingrid), Brian (Ruth), David (June).
Nana to Rob, Mark, Cassandra, Christopher and Stephanie.

WASHCHUK, Henriette "Henri" - Passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on Friday, July 30, 2021, at McCormick Home in London, Ontario, at the age of 77.
Beloved wife of 52 years to Paul Washchuk.

Dear sister of Angelika Hoffman, Eitel Lindenburger, and Cornelia Sturgess.
Predeceased by her parents, Bringfriede and Albrecht Lindenburger.
Born in Ziethen, Germany, with formative years in Oshawa and then Toronto before raising her own family in Sudbury. Henri ultimately moved to London to be closer to her grandchildren.
She was a strong tennis player and elegant skier, showing us all the finer points.

She will be fondly remembered by family in Canada, and extended family in France and Spain.
Born in Algiers, French Algeria, she immigrated to Canada in 1956.

HILL, Rudolph 'Ruddy' - Passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021.
He was a kind, friendly, fun and loving person. He love to laugh, and sing.
Mr. Hill was a Fisherman from St. Thomas Jamaica his favorite meal was fish he never failed to mention fish in his conversations (lol).
He will be greatly missed by his grandkids, Nattalee, Shemonia, Timothy and Shermalee as well as his great grandkids, Jahziah (AKA Prophet), Jahzariah, Aden and all of his family and friends.

HOPKINS, Peggy - Peggy passed away peacefully at her Tiny Township home on Friday, July 30, 2021.
Her loving partner Brian, along with family, friends and her adorable cat "Lola", were by her side.
Peggy spent her life loving and caring for others and will be missed by all.
We would like to thank the doctors, nurses and PSW workers who cared for Peggy during her illness.

Connie passed peacefully at Glen Hill Strathaven long-term care home in Bowmanville, on July 30, 2021, in her 85th year, with family attending, after a period of declining health.

Constance Lorraine Cant, to Wilfrid and Alexa Cant, at home in North Battleford, Saskatchewan on July 22, 1937, she met the Great Depression at the part of the country most impacted by it.
Moving to Saskatoon in the early years, she distinguished herself at the University of Saskatchewan, obtaining the degrees that launched her career in education.

Di GIACOPO, Angelo - Angelo Di Giacopo passed away peacefully on Thursday July 29th, 2021 in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loyal wife, loving children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his devoted wife Concetta, (nee Cicconetti) of 55 beautiful years. His children, Paolo (Ada), Diana (Mark), Walter, his grandchildren Matthew, Brando, Sofia, Angelica and Victoria-Elizabeth.
Angelo was born in Garuffo di Campli, Italy on February 23, 1933 to Elizabeth (nee Malaspina) and Luigi Di Giacopo and was the last living sibling of 5 brothers and 4 sisters.
Married on July 28th, 1966 and immigrated to Canada on a cold day on October 22, 1966. Quickly finding employment at a restaurant which would continue in his love of entrepreneurship owning a restaurant in Venezuela, Italy, two in Brampton, and a motel in Fort Lauderdale, FL. His unabashed generosity offered many opportunities as a business owner and as a mentor.

SZABO, Frank - (1942 - 2021) - On July 29th, 2021, Frank Szabo passed peacefully at North York General Hospital after a short battle with lung cancer.
He is survived by his partner Durda, children Cynthia and Leo, grandchildren Jeremy, Gage, Zachary, and Hunter, and his dear brother Leslie.
Frank will be laid to rest with his parents Leslie and Anna Szabo, wife Marie, and siblings Elizabeth and Steven.

It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce the passing of Giuseppe Pizzuto. Giuseppe passed away peacefully last night at the age of 86.
Giuseppe is survived by his beloved wife Rosina. He will be fondly remembered by his three children Lina(Joe), Pasquale (Marianna), Teresa (Tony) and his grandchildren. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
Giuseppe may have lost his battle with cancer but he fought like a warrior!!!!

TYRRELL, Bessie Ruth Cavell - Passed away peacefully on July 29, 2021 at her Christie Gardens residence in Toronto surrounded by family. Cavell chose to have medical assistance in dying. She was 94 years old.
Survived by her sons Paul (Ann) and Christopher (Joanna) along with grandchildren Nicole (Peter), Laura (Jeff), Alexa (Jamie) and Benjamin (Alena) and great-grandchildren Isla and Claire.
Pre-deceased by her husband Len and sons, David and Ted.

WALKER, Ian Spencer - January 30, 1965-July 29, 2021 - It is with great sadness we share the sudden passing of Ian Spencer Walker, 56, of Toronto at the family cottage on Sparrow Lake near Gravenhurst.
Ian was born in Toddington, Bedfordshire, England to Jeffrey and Anne Walker on the same day as Winston (Spencer) Churchill’s funeral, which inspired Ian’s middle name.
The family emigrated to Canada in 1966 and lived in Pickering, Ontario before moving to Richmond Hill in 1969.
Ian attended Oak Ridges Public School, Jefferson Public School, Crosby Heights Senior Public School and Bayview Secondary School.

She will be missed by her much loved nieces and nephews, Frank, Mary Rose, Lucille, John, Paul, Mary Anne, Michael and families.
Marie will be fondly remembered by her religious community, students and collaborators in ministry.
Born in Toronto, she entered the Congregation of Notre Dame in 1955 where she dedicated her life in diverse ministries in education.

He had a passion for cars, especially classics, and as an avid shopper, loved to drive all over to "get a deal."
As a lifelong resident of the east end, he was a proud member of The Balmy Beach Club and always looked forward to reminiscing with old friends at his monthly luncheons at The Duke.

Loving uncle to Gord (Gerry), Doug (Loralie) and Kathryn (Ross). Adoring of Jean's daughter Elaine, and son Iain (Michelle).
Born in the east coast, John came to Toronto where he worked at CIBC for most of his active career. He was very involved and a devoted, longtime member of Deer Park United Church in Toronto.
John especially enjoyed his later years of life travelling with Jean to the east and west coasts of Canada.

SPARROW, Douglas Alan - 1938 - 2021 Died peacefully in Toronto, on Thursday, July 29, 2021, at the age of 83.
Doug was one of three children born to Alan and Mildred Sparrow, on June 23, 1938, in the Weston neighbourhood of Toronto.
He was predeceased by his wife, Moira, and brother Don, and survived by his younger sister, Diane (Geiselmann of Germany).
Doug began his long career in the insurance industry at age 19, working for the Western Insurance Company, and then as an independent insurance broker, ending his career with Heart Lake Insurance.
It was at the Western Insurance Company that he met many lifelong friends and his future wife Moira.
