Pilgrim KatherinePILGRIM, Katherine Mildred - Peacefully, at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Veterans Wing on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 Katherine Mildred Pilgrim passed away.

She was predeceased by her parents; Charles D’Arcy and Mildred Edith Spittal and her brother; Robert Charles Spittal.

Katherine was born April 16, 1929 in London, Ontario and attended Alma College and the University of Western Ontario.

Blessed by a quick smile, a sparkle in her eyes and a joie de vivre, she was a patient, loving and supportive mother, grandmother and friend.

Katherine is survived by her children; David (Wendy), Peter (Mary Beth), Suzanne (Charlie) and Sandra (Ian) and eight grandchildren; Strachan, Pearce, Colin, Stephanie and Christopher Jarvis, Travis Aback, Signy and William Matthews.

Funeral service will take place in St. John’s Anglican Church, 19 Don Ridge Drive, NOrth York on Thursday, August 23rd at 10:30 a.m. with a reception to follow.

Donations to the Toronto Commandery Hospice (119-660 Eglinton Avenue East, Box 417, Toronto, ON M4G 2K2) or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated. Arrangements with Humphrey funeral home, 1403 Bayvew Ave., Toronto.
