HARDING, Henry "Elmer" - (June 25, 1924 - August 16, 2018)
It is with heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Elmer Harding at Markham Stouffville Hospital.
Loving father to Donna and Garry Mees, Wayne and Barb Harding and friend to their mother Muriel.
Beloved grandfather to Matthew (Tara), Eric (Martina), Jennifer (Ed), Brydon (Becca) James (Sarah) and Jordan (Kiran). Great-grandfather to 9.
Elmer leaves behind his sister Meryl Ormerod and his many cherished friends. Elmer was an active member in the Scarborough farming community and volunteered at Markham Museum for many years.
He enjoyed weekly get-togethers at T & T Bakery and the annual dinners with the old guys of Markham. Cremation has taken place.
As per his wishes, there will be a private family interment.
Special thanks to the staff at Amica of Unionville for their care over the last four years.
