BILLETT, Charles Edward - Charles Edward Billett passed away peacefully on September 16, 2018, in his 98th year.
Born on May 30th, 1921 in Orillia, Ontario to Grace and Edward Billett.
Charles now rejoins his parents; brother Albert and his wife Myna; brother Edgar and his wife Dorothy; and his brother-in-law, Bob.
Charles will be deeply missed by his wife of almost 70 years, Patricia; sons Vern (Janet) and Terry;
grandchildren Dawn Taylor and Brad; great-grandchildren Katelyn Taylor and Sarah Taylor; great-great-grandchild Brayden Taylor; sister Miriam Slessor; as well as his many nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Charles’ wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, October 27th at the Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, 4115 Lawrence Ave. E., Scarborough, Ontario between the hours of 1 and 4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Charles’ memory to the Alzheimer Society.
