RALPH, Edith Rose 'Corky' (nee McMULLAN) - (October 31, 1930 - October 11, 2018) -
It is with broken hearts that the family of Edith Rose "Corky" Ralph announces her peaceful passing at Kipling Acres on Thursday, October 11, 2018.
Corky was predeceased by her best friend and loving husband Bob, who passed away in February 2017.
She is survived by her 2 devoted daughters, Shawna McPeek (Hugh McLean) and Paula Quinn.
Corky was predeceased by her parents George and Frances McMullan, her brother Bob McMullan (Kay), sister-in-law Muriel Haryett (Bus), sister-in-law Helen Knapp (Bert), and brother-in-law William "Bill" Ralph (Eirona).
Corky is survived by her sister Alberta Fraser (Howie), sister-in-law Kay McMullan, 4 nieces and 8 nephews, Tory Molgat (Bob), Lindsey Barclay (Scott), Kristie Burkhart (Peter), Carrie Hughes (Steve), Steven McMullan, Scott McMullan, Robb McMullan (Gina), Bryan Ralph (Gabi), David Ralph (Sharon), Mike Ralph (Linda), Robbie Ralph (Celeste), Kent Haryett, and 23 great-nieces and nephews and 13 great-great-nieces and nephews.
Corky loved her family, her friends, her part time job years ago at Simpsons, and travelling with Bob to see live Jazz.
Over the last 5 years, Mom had dedicated, loving and gentle caregivers both at home, and then in Claireville Wing at Kipling Acres. All of you will be forever in our hearts for your loving care of our Mom.
Corky is resting at Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East. There will be a visitation on Wednesday, October 17th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and a service at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 18th.
